Abstract

Dispositif pour protéger les pare-brises et baies vitrées des projectiles, lors d'événements météorologiques exceptionnels (tempêtes, grêle). Il se compose: - d'un bloc de mousse synthétique (3): polyuréthane ou latex, découpé selon la forme du pare-brise ou de la baie et enrobé de caoutchouc synthétique souple (1). Sur l'une des face du dispositif on prendra soin d'insérer des ventouses (4) afin d'en permettre la fixation sur les surfaces à protéger. Selon un mode particulier de fabrication on pourra placé une trame de fils métallique (2) entre le bloc de mousse et l'enrobage de caoutchouc.

Description

PROTEGE PARE-BRISES DESCRIPTION
La présente invention est dispositif destiné à protéger les pare-brises et baies vitrées contre d'éventuel projectiles. En effet lors des tempêtes, ouragans ou chute de grêles, les
pare-brises des véhicules non abrités et les baies vitrés subissent des dégâts considérable. Le présent dispositif à pour objet de les protéger lors de ce type d'intempéries.
Il se compose d'un bloc de mousse(3), de polyuréthane de haute
résilience ou de latex, de quatre centimètres d'épaisseur
environ, alvéolé ou non, découpé selon la forme du pare-brise.
Ce bloc de mousse est enrobé de 2 millimètres environ, de
caoutchouc synthétique souple (1) ( ex: caoutchouc type tapis de voiture). Afin de permettre la fixation du système sur le pare-brise, des ventouses (4) seront placées sur une des faces du dispositif (fig 1).
Il est possible, dans le but d'augmenter la résistance le système, d'installer entre le bloc de mousse et l'enrobage de caoutchouc, une trame de fil métallique (fig 1).

Claims (3)

  1. REVENDICATIONS 1) Dispositif pour protéger les pare-brises contre des projectiles lors de phénomènes météorologiques exceptionnels (tempêtes, ouragans, grêle) caractérisé en ce qu'il se compose un bloc de mousse synthétique(3), de polyuréthane ou de latex, alvéolé ou non, découpé selon la forme des pare brises et enrobé de caoutchouc synthétique souple(l > .
  2. 2) Dispositif selon la revendication 1 caractérisé en ce qu'une trame(2) faite de fils métallique peut être inséré entre le bloc de mousse et le caoutchouc avant enrobage afin d'augmenter la résistance de l'ensemble au chocs.
  3. 3) Dispositif selon la revendication 1 caractérisé par le fait qu' une des faces du système sera munis de ventouses(4) afin d'en permettre la fixation sur les pare-brises et baies vitrées
