L'invention est relative à un dispositif pour la prise d'échantillons de jus de fruits, plus particulièrement de moût de raisin, en vue d'en déterminer ses caractéristiques biologiques, plus particulièrement sa teneur en sucre, donc en alcool, par son transfert immédiat à un poste de mesure, par exemple du type réfractomètre; du genre comportant essentiellement une extrémité perforée qui pénètre dans la vendange pour prélever un échantillon de moût et un tube d'aspiration apte à transférer ledit échantillon vers ledit poste de mesure.DEVICE FOR TAKING JUICE SAMPLES
