Abstract

Ce nouveau procédé s'applique au nettoyage intérieur des canalisations industrielles et des conduits d'évacuation des eaux usées, eau froide sanitaire, et tous autres conduits existants dans les immeubles à usage d'habitation ou industriel. Cette technique est à rapprocher à celle du dentiste pour le détartrage des dents de son patient. Le tartre se désagrège et les dents restent à leur place. Le traitement de l'intérieur du tuyau par ce procédé ultrasonique à jet lamellaire bombarde in situ le tartre par des millions de bulles microscopiques, et le désagrège sur les 360 deg. de la circonférence du tuyau. Ce milieu liquide favorise in situ l'explosion des millions de micro-bulles qui se désagrège complètement les résidus existants dans le tuyau. La mise en oeuvre de ce nouveau procédé présente des avantages incontestables sur l'efficacité du nettoyage aux ultrasons des tuyaux.
