Abstract

The present invention relates to a cap comprising a cap, a visor and glasses, in particular sunglasses. It is characterized in that the lens (s) (30) of said glasses are designed to be retracted and to be stored in a pocket (50, 60, 70, 80) arranged at the rear of the front part (11a) of the cover (11).

  Figs. I and 2 represent a first embodiment of the invention according to which a cap 10 with a visor 12 comprises glasses 30 retractable by translation along an axis parallel to the plane of FIGS. 1 and 2 to be stored in a pocket 50 formed at

  the back of the top wall 1 the cap 11.

  To enter the non-use phase of the glasses, the user pushes the or each glass of glasses 30 vertically upwards as illustrated by the arrow A. During its translation, the or each glass 30 penetrates inside. pocket 50 and is retracted therein as well as the corresponding slide 40. The opening 52 of the pocket 50 is in a horizontal plane located m: behind the curve 13 of junction between the cap 11 and the visor 12 of the cap 10 and can be closed by any suitable means, such as a zipper or

  another Velcro type adhesive tape ').

  To make the lens or glasses 30 descend from the non-use position in the pocket 50 to the use position, the user opens the pocket 50 and exerts a vertical pull on the lower red of the vertical slide 40 or of or of one of the glasses 30. Velcro type adhesive tape.

  To enter the non-use phase of the glasses, the user removes the cap 10 and positions the movable wall 62 of the pocket 60 in the high position 62a. He then rotates the rear or each spectacle lens 30 around the hinge 42 (as shown in FIGS. 3 and 4 by the arrows B) until it is pressed against the front wall of the cover 11 (see reference 30a in FIG. 4). then fold the movable wall 62 of the pocket 60 down and can put his cap back on.   Each spectacle lens 30 is integral with the cap 11 by means of a hinge 43 whose axis of rotation is substantially horizontal and perpendicular to said lenses 30. Each lens 30 comprises a locking means 30b which is provided to cooperate with a pivot 14 complementary fixed on the front part of the cap 11 so that, in the position of use, the two glasses 30 can be locked together on said pivot 14 which

  opens at the top of the user's nose.

  To bring the glass 30 down to the use position, the user performs the same

  In the embodiment shown in FIG. 7, the cap is provided, on the internal face of the front wall 11a, with a pocket 80 formed by a rear wall 81. The pocket 80 is closed in its lower part by any suitable means, such as a EclaiO closure) or a velcro type adhesive strip <). On the lower part of the visor 12, in line with the front part 1a and along the curve 13, there is provided a profile 82 provided with rai l le oil, advantageously in dovetail. The spectacles 30 are provided, on its upper edge, with a rail 30a of complementary shape to the dovetail 82 and

  can thus, in the position of use, be fixed to it as shown in hla FIG. 7.

  When he wants to remove his glasses 30, the user disengages them from the profile 82 and stores them, by sliding them, in the pocket 80. Then, he closes the latter by means of

adequate closure.

  There is shown a pocket 80 open in its lower part so that, to store his glasses, the user must return them to the pocket by sliding them from bottom to top. This embodiment requires the use of closure means. The invention is not limited to this embodiment of the pocket 80. In fact, the pocket 80 could be opened in its upper part, the user then storing the glasses in the pocket 80 while making them easier

slide from top to bottom.

  It will be noted that this embodiment allows storage in the pocket 80 of several types of lmettes, for example a first type comprising one or more yellow colored glasses and

  a second type comprising one or more dark brown glasses.

  1) Cap comprising a cap, a visor and glasses, in particular sunglasses, characterized in that the lens or glasses (30) of the glasses are intended to be retracted and to be stored in a pocket (50, 60, 70 , 80) formed at the rear of the frinal part (la) of the cap (11). 2) Cap according to claim 1, characterized in that said pocket (50, 60, 70) is provided with closing means, such as a zipper $) or an adhesive strip of Velcro0 type. 3) Cap according to claim 1 or 2, characterized in that the or each glass (30) is mounted on a slide (41) provided to guide it in translation from its position of use   on the nose of the camera in its non-use position in the pocket (50).   4) Cap according to claim 1 or 2, characterized in that the or each glass (30) is mounted on a hinge (42) of axis of rotation substantially parallel to the curve (13) of junction between the cap (11) and the visor (12) so that it can be retracted into said pocket (60), the rear wall (62) of said pocket (60) being movable perpendicular to the median plane of the cap.   ) Cap according to claim I or 2, characterized in that the or each lens (30) is mounted on a hinge (43) of axis of rotation substantially perpendicular to the curve (13) of junction between the cap (11) and the visor (12) in order to be able to be retracted into said pocket (70).   6) Cap according to claim 5, characterized in that the or each lens is mounted on said corresponding hinge (43) by its upper external part, the internal upper part being provided with locking means (30b) on a pivot (14) mounted on the party firntale of said cap (11).   7) Cap according to claim 1 or 2, characterized in that the or each glass (30) is mounted on a rail (30a) provided to penetrate the groove of a profile (82) fixed on the   lower part of the visor in line with the fetal part (1a) of the cap (11).   8) A cap according to claim 7, characterized in that said profile (82) has a dovetail-shaped groove, said rail having a shape complementary to said groove.   9) Cap, characterized in that it includes a pocket which is attached to the back of   the frimntale part of its cap and which is intended for the storage of glasses.
