Abstract

The present invention mainly finds its application in shower cubicles. Description

The present invention finds its application mainly in shower cabins.

It relates to a support mast which is mounted vertically and perpendicularly on bins-receivers of different shapes. This support mast is secured at its upper end, a two-armed bracket whose function is to maintain the pivots of the movable walls of the cabin, in an alignment substantially identical to that of the pivots which are fixed on the bins-receivers .

The fixed or movable walls of the shower enclosure have a convex plane that fits the base tray-trays that can be cylindrical, quasi-square or rectangular, two of the sides are convex.

According to one characteristic, the support mast is placed on the tray-receiver, in the opposite part to the entrance of the shower enclosure, which allows to insert the hot water pipes and cold water of the shower, and install the faucet as well as the light switch that is powered in low voltage.

The present invention therefore provides a new concept of shower cabins, which differs from the usual shower enclosures, generally consisting of rigid fixed-plane walls, which are connected to each other angularly.

The support mast consists of a metal tube or of composite material which fits into the bins-receivers of different shapes, perpendicular to their base, or which is fixed in any other way, and a stem with two arms, secured to said support mast, which maintains the pivots of the movable walls of the shower enclosure, in an alignment substantially identical to that of the pivots fixed on the bins-receivers.

The support mast, according to the invention, serves to insert the hot and cold water pipes of the shower, as well as the low voltage power supply used to power the two lighting lamps that are housed in the shower. the two arms of the gallows.

The support mast, according to the invention, also has two holes for the passage of the valve and the lighting control switch. The two-armed stem is a hollow molding that has at least three lights on the bottom, which are intended to house the showerhead and the two lamps.

According to an advantageous characteristic of the invention, the mountsupport can be mounted on bins-receivers of different shapes, which are associated with fixed and movable walls of convex shape.

The support mast (1) consists of a metal tube or composite materials whose section may be ovoid or any shape. This support mast (1) is nested in the collecting tray (5) and is clamped thereon (9), or fixed in any other way.

The bracket (2) which is secured to the support mast (1) comprises two arms (10).

At each end of these two arms (10) are fixed two pivots (3) whose pivoting part is fixed on each of the movable walls (4) of the shower enclosure, in an alignment (21) substantially identical to that of the pivots ( 6) fixed on the bins-receivers.

The stem (2) and its two arms (10) constitute a hollow molding piece. This piece has at least four lights (12) (13) (14) on the underside and one on the top (15), which are intended for the housings of the showerhead (8), on the one hand, and two lighting lamps (11), on the other hand.

A cover (16) serves to close the access light provided for mounting the cheekbone.

The support mast (1) consists of an ovoid tube or whatever, which receives the hot and cold water pipes of the shower (17). This tube comprises two openings (7) for the passage of the valve (18) and the switch (19) lighting.

The shower enclosures whose bins-receivers are quasi-square or rectangular are provided with seals (22) which are nested on the edges of the movable walls (4), adjacent to the corner walls where said cabins are installed.

The shower enclosure whose tray-recipient is cylindrical has two convex walls (20) on the rear part and which are integral with the tray-receiver.
