Abstract

The invention relates to a device making it possible to collect animal excrement, without direct contact therewith. Collection is carried out with a simple action and without the aid of another instrument. It is disposable and biodegradable. The device consists of a bag (9) linked to two scoops (7 and 8) fixed to the opening of the bag, and thereby articulated; one is used as a scoop proper, and the other is used for pushing the excrement into the bag. The device is then inverted, by bringing together the openings of the scoops (14 and 15), which become handles allowing the device to be carried after use. The device according to the invention is more particularly intended for collecting dog excrement.
