Abstract

The container is of the type comprising two constituent parts: a body (10-12) and a lid (14) mounted such that they pivot about at least one hinge, at least one fastener (28-30-31-32) and pre-opening means. It is characterised in that the latter comprise at least one element which is elastically deformable either in compression (34-42-44-46) or in tension (50), which is integral with one of the constituent parts (10-12 or 14), which is associated with the other constituent part (14 or 10-12) of the container and which is in a working position when the container is closed and in a rest position when the container is open.
