Abstract

Solution:
The object of the invention consists inter alia of making a mosquito net by

Presentation of the structure:
The roll-up mosquito net according to the invention consists on the one hand of a
flexible grid (7) representing the functional element of the invention and
on the other hand, a set of extruded profile elements, and components
molded, constituting the frame and the winding mechanism of the soft mesh
screen, allowing the screen element to be put into service or not.

According to the invention, on the outer, lower end of (7) is welded on either side a flexible PVC sheath (15), defining a profiled T-shaped retaining section (16).

According to the invention the welded sheath (15) of each deposit on the outer edge of the wire roller (7) consists of two flat lips connected to a flat square bead (16) forming a "T"; the flat lips receive between them the end of the mesh (7), and are welded hot or at high frequency.

The movable cross member (4) according to the invention is an extruded profile composed of four parts. A third part (19) forming the low patchwork intended to receive a brush-type seal (20). A fourth part (21)

According to the invention, the ends of the cabinet profile (1) are fitted with end caps (2) whose role brings together several essential functions and advantages conferred by the shape of the celler.

The tube ends (10) are in the form of a plastic ring whose outer periphery (39) matches the inner periphery of the tube (9), and are extended by a collar (40) intended to cover the end of the tube ( 9) to avoid metallic friction. The inner periphery of this ring (10) acts as a cushion against the central pivot (24) of the box end piece (2).

A groove forming a jaw (41) in the dorsal face of the slide (3) will allow the insertion of a brush or rubber seal intended to perfect the seal between the of the slide (3) and the side masonry.

1 Roll-up mosquito net assembly characterized in that it consists of a box (1) forming the bodywork, inside of which is a mesh roll (7) winding around a tube-axis (9) against a helical return spring (11), two internal end pieces (2) connecting the box assembly, the internal mechanism thereof and the upper end of two slides (3) constituting the element guiding of the mosquito net fitted with slide end pieces (6); a movable cross member (4) integral with the lower end of the mesh (7), said slides being provided along their length with a retaining device (8). 2 An assembly according to claim N 1 characterized in that the screen mesh retaining device (7) being applied to the wind pressure consists of a brush (8) mounted on a brush holder (32), housed in a groove (30) near the open end of one of the two edges (27) of the slide (3). 3 Device according to the preceding claim characterized in that the groove (30) intended to receive the brush holder (32) has an opening slightly greater than the width of the brush holder so as to allow angular mobility of the brush assembly over a few millimeters . 4 Device according to claims 2 and 3 characterized in that the internal face (26)) of the slide (3), opposite side to that carrying (27) of the brush has two wings (29 and 33) parallel arranged on the side and on the other side of the end of the brush bristles (8). 5 Device according to claim 2, 3 and 4 characterized by an inclination of about 40 of the brush bristles (8) towards the inside of the slide (3). 6 Device according to claims 2, 3 and 4 characterized in that the length of the breaststroke is greater than the space between the end of the outermost wing (29) and the bottom of the groove intended to receive the brush (30). 7 An assembly according to claim N 1 characterized in that the slide end pieces (6) consist of an internal part (46) extended by a spout (45) intended to retain a pin (38) provided on the end pieces of the crossmember (4) when these are below. 8 An assembly according to claim N 1 characterized in that @the inner face of each end piece of cabinet (2) consists of a central paret (24) round, in order to support the inner mechanism and extended by a stud (25) of smaller diameter in order to receive the helical spring (11) inside the axle tube (9). 9 An assembly according to claim N 1 characterized in that the box ends (2) present at the lower ends an opening (43) in the form of jaws in order to receive by penetration the upper end of the lateral slides (3). 10 An assembly according to claim N 1 characterized in that the box end element (2) has a stop (44) on the inner periphery in order to limit the penetration of the box element (1).
