Abstract

This is a housing of the type including, in its front-facing part (11), at least two main parallel faces (13A, 13B), with, associated with it, a reference-number holder (17) capable of being attached to it by clipping. According to the invention, this housing includes, on the front face (12) of its front-facing part (11), between its main faces (13A, 13B), a boss (18) which the reference-number holder (17) fits over while remaining entirely contained within the overall volume defined by these main faces (13A, 13B). Application, especially, to modular electrical appliances.
