More specifically, each plate 41 and 42 comprises four through holes 43, 44 respectively. The through holes 44 of the lower plate 42 are also extended downwards by blind holes 45 formed in the end 30 of the formwork 3 and each containing a spring 46 on each of which rests a ball 47 of substantially smaller diameter laughing at that of the orifices 44 of the lower plate 42 and substantially higher than that of the orifices 43 of the upper plate 41. Said orifices 43 and 44 are regularly angularly spaced on their respective plate but, of course, the orifices 43 and 44 can, due to from their respective position, come into correspondence with each other during the pivoting of the formwork 3 around the axis 39.
