Abstract

The invention relates to a hairdressing salon installation for children. It comprises a rigid structure 1 provided with vertical displacement means on which a seat 3 is placed and, facing the seat, a video screen 4. Seat and screen are adjustable in order to adapt on the one hand to the stature and, on the other hand with regard to the child. The structure comprises at least one rigid surface element 2 on which the child can rest. Said surface being stationary relative to the screen during the vertical movements of the structure.

  The present invention relates to an installation

  Hair salons are usually equipped with furniture for adults. When a young child is to be combed there is no provision for furniture especially designed for him, while there are provided chairs or other furniture for children in homes and other housing. We then provide seat cushions

  The present invention aims to solve this problem, and object a hair salon facility for children characterized in that it comprises: - a rigid structure movable vertically relative to the floor of the hairdressing salon, - moving means vertical of said structure, - a child seat, arranged on the structure, adjustably to adapt to the stature of the child, - a video screen, facing the child seat, arranged on the structure , in an adjustable manner so as to adapt to the eyes of the child, - the structure comprising at least one rigid surface element, between the seat and the screen, on which the child can rest, said surface being immobile by relative to the screen during the vertical movements of the structure, so that this surface portion reproduces the usual stable natural scenery perceived by the child when the installation is in a low position and the impression of elevation disappears. The invention is further characterized by the following features: the rigid surface extends on both sides of the seat and the screen horizontally; the rigid surface is a podium further comprising vertical lateral faces joining the horizontal surface on the floor of the hairdressing salon; the podium is telescopic and comprises on each side, retractable side faces at least partially, which slide against each other so that when the podium is low station side faces are retracted at least partially and when the podium is in high station the lateral faces are discovered, said lateral faces forming security walls preventing passing under the surface; the mobile structure is integral with a second fixed structure mounted on a wall of the room where it is installed; the movable structure comprises a frame, the fixed structure comprises a second frame similar to the previous one, the two frames are connected by two parallel braces, and a worm device is mounted between the two frames in a manner known per se to to move the two frames closer or further apart so that the spacing of the frames raises the structure

mobile and vice versa.

  As illustrated in Figures 1 to 3, the installation comprises a structure 1 movable vertically. This structure is a flat tray 2

  rigid on which one has a child seat 3.

  In the figure, the seat is screwed onto the plate, but according to the invention it can comprise means for adjusting the height and inclination in order to adapt

to the stature of the child.

  In front of this seat, there is on the plate 2 a video screen 4, connected to a projection control apparatus known in itself and not shown. The apparatus is preferably mounted in a design cabinet

adapted for this purpose.

  The tray, in this embodiment, is carried by a metal frame 5 consists of corniéres 11. This frame is connected to a second metal frame 6, preferably identical, fixed on the floor 15 of the room where the installation is mounted , parallel to the moving frame. The connection of the two frames 5 and 6 is achieved by a parallel double cross 7.8. Each element of the spider being at one end 9, integral with its respective frame, and having at the opposite end a

  roller 10 for rolling in the frame angle.

  Between the braces there is a worm 12 which controls in a known manner the spacing of the frames. The worm is rotated by an electric motor 13 controlled remotely by any means

known in itself and not shown.

  In addition, the plate has vertical panels 14 at its lateral ends. These panels are retractable and slide against each other during the movement of the plate. They hide the support device and the displacement of the structure (frames, braces, worm, motor) and ensure the safety of the installation by preventing access under

the tray.

  Figure 3 illustrates the case of a plateau

  having 3 series of side panels 14a, 14b, 14c.

  The lower panels 14a are fixed to the ground and do not retract, the other two series of panels 14b, 14c are movable. When the plate is in the low position, it remains high compared to the ground of the

  piece of the height of the panel 14a.

  Figure 4 illustrates the case of a totally retractable podium: the 3 series of panels

fade into the ground.

  Naturally, the invention is not limited to this variant embodiment. The essential in the sense of the invention is to present to the child an installation comprising a rigid support on which it can walk or at least support when it sits down, and a support that does not slip under its eyes when his seat rises: so the anxiety of

the child disappears.

  The invention can take any other form, and the structure can be connected to other reference surfaces than the floor: the ceiling, a vertical wall. For example, the structure according to the invention may have the shape of a child car comprising the video screen or in front of which the screen is located, and the car

  can be attached to a tree connected to a rack.

  1. Installation of children's hair salon characterized in that it comprises: - a rigid structure (1) movable vertically with respect to the floor of the hairdressing salon, - means of displacement (7,8,1, 12,13 ) of said structure, - a seat (3) for child, arranged on the structure, adjustably to adapt to the stature of the child, - a video screen (4), facing the seat of the child, arranged on the structure, adjustably to fit the child's view, - the structure comprising at least one rigid surface element (2) between the seat and the screen, on which the child child can take support, said surface being stationary relative to the screen during the vertical movements of the structure, so that this portion of surface reproduces the usual stable natural decoration perceived by the child when the installation is in the low position and   the impression of elevation disappears.   2. Installation of a children's hair salon according to claim 1 characterized in that the rigid surface (2> extends on either side of the   seat (3) and screen (4) horizontally.   3. Children's hair salon installation according to claim 2 characterized in that the rigid surface is a podium further comprising vertical side faces (14) joining the surface   horizontal (2) floor (15) of the hair salon.   4. Installation of children's hair salon according to claim 3 characterized in that the podium is telescopic and comprises on each side, lateral faces (14a, 14b) retractable at least partially, which slide against each other so that when the podium is in a low station, the lateral faces are at least partially retracted and when the podium is in the upper station the lateral faces are uncovered, said lateral faces forming safety walls preventing passing under the surface C2), 5. installation of children's hairdressing salon according to claim 1 characterized in that the movable structure (1) is secured to a second fixed structure mounted on a wall of the room where it is installed.   6. Installation of children's hair salon according to claim 5 characterized in that the movable structure comprises a frame (5), the fixed structure comprises a second frame (6) similar to the previous one, the two frames are connected by two parallel braces (7,8), and a worm device (12) is mounted between the two frames in a manner known per se in order to bring the two frames closer or further apart so that the spacing of the frames   raises the mobile structure and vice versa.
