The present invention relates to an indoor fireplace for nozzle insert or fireplace to be built, comprising its outlet.

 A nozzle insert or a hearth to be built comprising its outlet are heating appliances intended to be inserted in worn chimneys, called open hearths. These heaters, which can run on either gas, wood or coal, are currently the subject of growing popularity.

 However, a usual chimney is composed of elements, forming a base, jambs with crows, lintel and / or shelf with or without hood, which generally form a masonry unit. The insertion of heaters in such a chimney thus entails an important and expensive work, because it generally requires the intervention of a mason who will have to unseal and then reseal different elements.

 In addition, the heaters in question must be serviced periodically. It may be necessary, for example, to check or change parts, or to sweep. These devices may also fail.

In all these cases, the heater must be accessed, which again requires unsealing and then resealing elements of the chimney and represents an important and costly job, with or without new intervention by a mason.

 The present invention generally relates to a provision which makes it possible to avoid these drawbacks and which also leads to other advantages.

 The invention proposes in particular for this purpose an indoor stone fireplace composed of elements forming a base and jambs with crows, lintel and hood with front wall and two return walls, chimney intended to dress a nozzle insert or a hearth to be constructed comprising its outlet., this chimney being characterized in that its elements resting on each other by gravity, there are provided two vertical guides of channel profile adapted to be fixed to a wall to which the chimney is leaned and to be received by the two return walls of the hood.

 This arrangement, in which the cohesion between the elements is ensured by the sole effect "gravity" and / or a certain number of interlockings, allows a much simpler and less costly installation, which can be carried out easily by the purchaser. from the fireplace.  The indoor fireplace 1, shown in Figure 1, is backed by a wall 3. The base 5 of the indoor fireplace 1 is placed on the floor 7. Two legs 9a and 9b rest on the base 5, arranged each side of the chimney, and are in contact by their rear face to the wall 3.  A cornice 33 takes position on the hood 19. It is composed of an element forming a pediment 35, wedged between the top of the front wall 21 of the hood and the ceiling 27, and two elements forming returns 37a and 37b, wedged between the return walls 23a and 23b, respectively, and the ceiling 27.

The two returns 37a and 37b each have, at their rear part, a stud which fits into the guides.

 Each of the walls of the hood 19 can be composed of several rectangular plates placed one on the other. The plates of the front wall are assigned the reference 29 or 29 ', and the references 31a, 31'a and 31b, 31'b to the plates of the two return walls 23a and 23b respectively.

 The number of plates shown in FIG. 1 by way of example in each wall of the hood is four, but this number may vary depending on the height of the plates and the distance between the lintel and the cornice 33.

 The plates 29 'which cover two plates 31'a and 31'b alternate with the plates 29 which are themselves framed by two plates 31a and 31b.

 The alternating stack thus produced, as shown in Figure 1, increases the stability of the hood.

 Superimposed elements, in particular those of the hood can advantageously be joined together, however, by keys 39 fitted into notches 41 cut in the facing horizontal faces. According to a preferred embodiment, the notches 41 consist of notches in the form of arcs of circles, produced for example with a grinding wheel disc, and the corresponding securing keys 39 have an oval shape.

 A rectangular opening 121 formed in the front wall 111 is equipped with a frame 123 composed of four sections of profile 125 cut in miter and glued to the corners.

 Advantageously, the aforementioned framing profile has a single interlocking groove 127 of the front wall 111, itself divided into four parts 129.

 According to a preferred embodiment, a similar profile is provided as a joint cover 131a, 131b at the rear edge of each return wall 113a, 113b.

 The base being composed of a front strip and two return strips, the return walls 113a, 113b fit into grooves (not detailed) formed for this purpose in the return strips, while the front wall 111 is placed in a rebate 133 formed for this purpose at the edge of a stone 135 for insert support. A second stone 137 forms the other insert support.

 We see that a chimney thus constituted is very easily assembled by elements around an insert (not shown) previously provided on the two insert support stones 135, 137. The insert thus dressed thereafter remains constantly and immediately accessible in whole or in part depending on the nature of the maintenance operations that may be necessary.
