Le procédé selon linvention consiste ensuite à déposer sur la base de íemballage un cordon ondulant de produit mousse à expansion polymérisant;pendant la phase d'expansion et de polymérisation le produit fragile à transporter sera protégé par n'importe quelle matiére de récupération;la plaque de carton ou les plaques de carton préalablement assemblées subiront les pliages necessaires pour obtenir la fermeture requise par la forme finale de l'emb- allage;de chaque coté en partie haute du contenu fragile à transporter,sera déposé par plots ou en continu du produit à expansion polymérisant;;les deux sommets de l'emballage seront rejoints aprés encollage préalable et maintenus en pression par des pinces ou autre systéme de serrage.Ce maintien en pression est nécessaire pour la réussite de ltemballage,en effet la mousse continuant à s'expanser stabilisera complétement le contenu fragile déjà partiellement enfonce sur le cordon déposé à la base de remballage poly mérisé entre 70 et 8O;la la polymérisation compléte suivant les pro- duits utilisés peut varier en durée mais elle assurera le blocage total du contenu fragile à transporter.Dés lors,l'emballage est réputé parfait;facultativement,des tasseaux peuvent être agrafés de part et d'autre de la base de l'emballage sur toute la longueur;;le portage est prévu soit par des mortaisages préalablement réalisés dans les plaques carton ou par rivetage de poignées rigides ou souples standards.Ltemballage n'est pas clos à ses extrémités,en effet,une simple vision en bout rendra encore plus évidente la nécessité d'une manipulation précautionneuse;le confort de manipulation réside dans la facilité de préhension manuelle rendue aisée par la forme de l'emballage pouvant se comparer à un sac de voyage ou une valise;la forme interdit pratiquement la dépose d'objets lourds dessus sans risques de basculement pour l'objet déposé.L'emballage est réputé perdu dés sa conception, donc son ouverture sera facilitée par l'emploi d'un ustensile coupant sur les façades latérales de l'emballage.
