Abstract

The invention relates to an ensign 1 of the flag type carried by a flag pole 2 along its vertical edges. The ensign according to the invention is produced in a rigid material exhibiting high permeability to air. The invention makes it possible to produce large-size ensigns which may be deployed even in the absence of wind.
