Abstract

It includes : a post FCG comprising at the upper end : a forked mortice and tenon joint equal to 2/3 of the thickness of the post and the height of which is half the beam PD, a levelling, a projecting shoulder, a false tenon is fixed to the side FD delimited at the levelling between the external cheek and the shoulder, a beam PG resting on the post FCG by a tenon of 1/3 corresponding to the forked mortice and tenon joint with a bearing area of 1/3 which is levelled on the FD side and a groove which is housed in the shoulder of the post, a beam PD comprising a forked mortice and tenon joint and a levelling of height equal to half the beam PG and a groove, such that the latter rests on the post FCG and on the beam PG, the false tenon preventing lateral sliding, an upper post PS provided with a tenon corresponding to the forked mortice and tenon joint on PD with a shoulder. The invention aims to reduce the construction time for houses with timber frames.
