Abstract

The invention relates to a spare-wheel carrier intended to facilitate the installation of the latter outside vehicles, this wheel being arranged vertically at the rear. The wheel carrier consists of two parts, a fixed part 1 secured to the bodywork of the vehicle, and a mobile part 2 to which the spare wheel 3 is fixed. The articulation 4, after unlocking the closure system 5, allows the mobile part to be pivoted as far as the ground, and thus allows access for mounting and dismounting the wheel.

Le dispositif selon l'invention permet de fixer la roue de secours à l'arrière du véhicule, caractérisé en ce qu'il facilite le montage et le démontage de ladite roue.
