Abstract

THIS IS TO SUSPEND A FALSE CEILING 10 TO ANY SUPPORT STRUCTURE, USING A PRIMARY FRAME 12A, IN THE FORM OF FURS 13A, AND OF A SUB FRAME 12B, IN THE FORM OF FURS 13B, CROSSED WITH THE PREVIOUS . FOLLOWING THE INVENTION, FOR THE EMBEDDING IN THEIR HEIGHT OF THE FURS 13B OF THE SUBFRAME 12B, THE FURS 13A OF THE PRIMARY FRAME 12A PRESENT, LOCALLY, FROM PLACE TO PLACE, CUT-OUTS 22, WHICH JOINTLY SLIP THEIR CENTRAL CORE 15 AND THEIR LOWER SOLE 16, AND WHICH ARE IN PRACTICE SUITABLE FOR IMPLEMENTATION BY SIMPLE SNAPPING OF THE SAID FURS 13B. APPLICATION TO THE SUSPENSION OF FALSE CEILINGS WITH DOUBLE FRAMES.

  suspended to those of the primary framework.

  The furs used, which are usually profiles, may have in section very diverse profiles, I or U for example; overall they always have a soul, or a median part, and along one of the edges at

  less of it, a sole or a wing.

  Anyway, the two frames, primary and

  secondary, consisting of such furs are the most

  simply superimposed on each other, and therefore arranged at different levels, the secondary frame acting alone for the fixing of the plates or panels clean to the

  constitution of the false ceiling sought.

  This is the case, for example, for the false ceiling described in the French patent application filed June 3, 1983 under

  No. 83 09271 and published under No. 2,546,939.

  Although such a provision is satisfactory, it does not allow to benefit the primary frame 1g

  reinforcement effect due to the false ceiling.

  In addition, it requires, for the fixation of the frame

  secondary education, the implementation of means of suspension

  to be connected to the primary framework, at the cost of a certain complexity. Admittedly, in the German patent application No. 1,484,028, which relates to a false ceiling with apparent structure, it has been proposed to have at the same level the primary framework and

the secondary framework.

  But in this German patent application No. 1,484,028, the furs of the secondary frame form spacers between those of the primary frame, and to insert them between them, it is necessary to cut them accordingly, to the detriment

productivity.

  In addition, again, relatively complex parts are to be used for the connection of the primary framework

  to the secondary frame and the suspension of the whole.

  The present invention generally relates to a provision which, while allowing to retain 1 '

  advantage of the same level for the primary framework and the ossa-

  secondary treatment, avoids the shortcomings

  mentioned above and leads in addition to other advantages

  ges. More specifically, it has firstly object, in a first aspect, a fur for false ceiling primary structure, the kind comprising a core, and at the base thereof, a lower sole, this fur being generally characterized in that, for the embedding in its height of a secondary framework fur, it

  In practice, the tests show that the deformations under load of the assembly remain substantially equal, that the false ceiling consists of one or more skins, that is to say of one or more thicknesses of plates or

superimposed panels.

  In addition, the suspension of the secondary frame to the primary frame can be done by simple snapping, the establishment of furs constituting this secondary framework is very easy and fast, and it does not require

advantageously no adjustment.

  According to a second aspect, the present invention also relates to a hanger specific to the suspension of a fur for false ceiling primary structure of the kind in question. Such a fur having, at the upper part

  of his soul, and parallel to his lower sole, a se-

  upper hanger, this hanger is generally characterized in that it comprises a stirrup, which is adapted to engage with the upper sole of the fur, a sleeve, which, freely passing through said stirrup, present,

  radially projecting at its base, a stop collar pro-

  pre to the suspension thereof, and a suspension rod, whose lower part, at least, is threaded, and which is

  in engagement therewith with the socket, said socket

  both axially for this purpose a tapped bore.

  Such a hanger easily lends itself to the necessary adjustments, both longitudinally, along a fur of the primary frame, by simply sliding its stirrup - b S 2518570 on the upper sole of the latter, that, vertically, by simple screwing rotation of its socket relative to its

suspension rod.

  In addition, it allows the splicing of these primary framing furs at their ends. Last but not least, it lends itself easily, if desired,

  for the constitution of an anti-vibratile suspension, at the inter-

  position, between its stirrup and the stop collar of its

  socket, a washer visco-elastic material, advantageous-

  favor of isolation, particularly in the area of

low frequencies.

  The objects of the invention, their characteristics and

  their advantages, will emerge from the description which

  will follow, by way of example, with reference to the schematic drawings

  attached in which: Figure 1 is a perspective view of a false ceiling whose suspension implements furs and hangers according to the invention; Figure 2 is an elevational view of the assembly, along the arrow II of Figure 1; Figure 3 is another elevational view of this assembly, along the arrow III of Figure 2; Figure 4 is a larger scale, a partial view in axial section of a hanger according to the invention, along the line IV-IV of Figure 2; Figure 5 is a perspective view of the stirrup that includes such a hanger, shown in isolation and seen from below; FIG. 6 is a partial view in axial section similar to that of FIG. 4, for a variant embodiment

  anti-vibratile work of the suspension concerned.

  As shown in Figure 1, it is, overall, to suspend, to any support structure, slab or floor for example, not shown, any false

  ceiling 10 formed of any plates or panels 11 con-

conveniently put side by side.

  In the illustrated embodiment, a single thickness, or "skin", of plates or panels 11 is provided, but it goes without saying that the false ceiling 10 may consist of two or more thicknesses or "skins" of plates or

superimposed panels.

  Anyway, for the suspension of the false ceiling 10, it is implemented, horizontally, two different frames, namely, firstly, a first frame 12A,

  or primary framework, formed of furs 13A arranged parallel to

  parallel to each other, and, secondly, a second frame 12B, or secondary frame, formed of furs 13B, which, also arranged parallel to each other,

  extend substantially orthogonally with respect to the furnaces

  13A of the primary frame 12A.

  The primary framework 12A is intended to be hooked, from place to place, by lines 14, detailed below, to the support structure concerned, while the frame 12B is intended to be suspended from the frame 12Ao The furrings 13A of the primary framework 12A, which are all identical to each other, are in practice made of sections, and, for example, as shown, of profiles

  middle part 18, are directed towards each other.

  Such furs 13A, 13B are well known per se, as well as their embodiment, and not being part of the present invention in themselves, they do not

  will not be described in more detail here.

  According to the invention, each of the furrings 13A of the primary framework 12A has, locally, for the embedding in its height of a fur 13B of the secondary framework 12B, at least one cutout 22, jointly notching its core

  central 15 and its lower sole 16.

  In practice, and as shown, each of the four

  13A of the primary frame 12A thus presents, from place to place, along its bottom flange 16 and the base of its central core 15, a plurality of identical cuts 22, established at regular intervals, in a corresponding determined step at the distance between furs 13B

secondary frame 12B.

  This step can for example be of the order of 30, 40, 50 or 60 cm, but it goes without saying that these values are not given here

  only as an indication and are in no way limiting to the in-

vention.

  Preferably, and as shown, each of the

  cuts 22 that thus presents a fur 13A is adapted to a simple snap on this fur 13A of a fur 13B

secondary frame 12B.

  In practice, for such snapping, such a disengagement

  22, in parallel with the bottom flange 16 of the fur 13A concerned, two slits 23, which, affecting the central core 15 of this fur 13A, are arranged in alignment with each other while being oriented backwards. back one

  In practice, the height H1 of the trapezoidal portion of the cutout 22, the one affecting the central core 15, measured between the lower surface of the lower flange 16 and the bottom 24 of this cutout 22, is made slightly greater than the height H.sub.2. furs 13B of the secondary frame 12B, measured between the corresponding outer surfaces thereof, and, together, the height H3 of the heel 27 that

  It follows from these various provisions, on the one hand, that, the cuts 22 that the furs 13A of the primary frame 12A are suitably aligned with one of these furs 13A to the other, it is possible to snap the very simple manner on these furs 13A each of the furs 13B of the secondary frame 12B, for example by engaging one of the returns to square 20 of such a fur 13B in one of the slots 23 formed by the cuts 22 concerned said 13A furs, then by constraining the other back to square 20 of this fur 13B to follow the rounded edge 28 opposite the heel 27 of each of said cutouts 22, with deformation

  In practice, the stirrup 30 forms a slide adapted to be slidably engaged on the upper flange 17 of the furs 13A to be suspended, said stirrup 30 having, on the one hand, a medial portion 36, which is perforated with an opening 37 adapted to pass, with play, the sleeve 31 associated with, but of diameter less than that of the stop flange 32 thereof, and, secondly, two wings 38, which folded f8370 in U, parallel at said medial portion 36, along their edges, form, facing one another, two grooves 39 each adapted to cap one of the lateral edges of a

  concerned at its upper part (not shown).

  According to the variant embodiment illustrated in FIG. 6, between the stirrup 30 and the stop flange 32 of

  the sleeve 31 is interposed a washer of visco-

  45, so that the hanger 14 concerned advantageously constitutes an anti-vibratile hanger, of the type of those

  commonly called resilient.

  Such anti-vibratile hanger advantageously

  isolation gains, particularly in the area of

its frequencies.

  For example, the washer made of viscoelastic material 45 used may consist of the synthetic material sold under the trade designation "NEOPRENE" whose hardness

  is chosen according to the isolation sought.

  The present invention is not limited to the embodiments described and shown, but encompasses

any variant of execution.

  In particular, the profile of the furs according to the

  vention is not necessarily an I-profile; it could equally well be for example a U-shaped profile or an L-shaped profile. Moreover, although the snap-fastening method of the furs of the secondary framework to those of the primary framework is preferential, because particularly simple, it would not depart from the scope of the present invention by adopting another mode of attachment, the essential being that the furs of the primary frame have cutouts for

  the continuous passage of those of the secondary framework.

Claims (11)

  1. Fur for false ceiling primary structure, of the kind comprising a core (15), and at the base thereof, a lower sole (16), characterized in that, for   the embedding in its height of a framing fur sec-   condaire (13B), it presents locally at least one cutout   (22) jointly notching its core (15) and its lower sole (16).   2. Fur according to claim 1, characterized   in that the cutout (22) it presents is suitable for   quetting on it a fur secondary frame (13B).   Fur according to Claim 2, characterized   in that, for latching a secondary framework fur,   U-shaped (13B) with transverse U-profile and butterfly returns (20) directed towards each other along the edge of the wings (19), its cutout (22) forms, parallel to its bottom flange (16), two slots (23), which, affecting its core (15), are arranged in alignment with each other   back to back with respect to each other.   4. Fur according to claim 3, characterized in that that of the edges of the slots (23) that forms its cutout (22) which is farthest from its lower sole (16)   is in continuity with the bottom (24) of its said cutout (22).   Fur according to any one of the claims   3, 4, characterized in that its cutout (22) leaves, between the slots (23) that it forms, a heel (27), whose   side edges (28) are generally oblique with respect to   said slots (23), converging with each other in the opposite direction to these.   6. Fur according to claim 5, characterized in that the lateral edges (28) of said heel (27) are globally rounded.   7. Fur according to any of the claims   , 6, characterized in that said heel (27) extends in the middle zone of its cutout (22).   Fur according to any one of the claims   1 to 7, characterized in that it presents, from place to place, along its lower sole (16) and the base of its   core (15), a plurality of cutouts (22).   9. Hanger specific to the suspension of a fur for primary framework (13A) of false ceiling conforming to one   any of claims 1 to 8, and presenting, in the   upper sole (15), and parallel to its lower sole (16), an upper sole (17), characterized in that it comprises a stirrup (30), which is adapted to engage the sole upper (17) of the fur (13A), a sleeve (31), which, passing freely through said stirrup (30), has radially projecting at its base a collar of the stop (32) specific to the suspension thereof, and a rod of   suspension (33), the lower part of which, at least, is   tee, and which is engaged by the latter with the bushing (31),   said sleeve (31) having axially for this purpose a bore Tapped thread (34).   Hanger according to Claim 9, characterized in that   the stirrup (30) which it comprises forms a slide for   pre to be slidably engaged on the upper sole (17) of the fur (13A) to suspend, said stirrup (30) having, on the one hand, a medial portion (36), which is perforated with an opening (37); ) adapted to the passage of the sleeve (31) associated, and, secondly, two lateral wings (38), which, bent in a U parallel to said middle portion (36), along their edges, form, in look at each other, two grooves (39) each adapted to cap one of the side slices of a such upper sole (17).   Hanger according to one of the claims   9, 10, characterized in that between the stirrup (30) and the stop collar (32) of the bushing (31) is interposed a   washer made of viscoelastic material (45).
