Le système de fixation représenté sur la figure 1 comprend une tige 1 métallique formant support et écartement, d'une longueur dépendant de l'épaisseur du panneau isolant utilisé, et terminée, en son extrémité destinée à venir au contact de la surface à isoler, par une plaque métallique 2 apte à être fixée sur la surface à isoler par tout moyen tel que par collage ou vissage. L'autre extrémité de la tige 1 est une partie filetée 4 sur laquelle peut se visser une platine 5, en tôle d'acier galvanisé, en forme de disque d'environ 80 mm de diamètre, et d'environ 1 mm d'épaisseur, dont la périphérie 6 est pourvue d'une découpe en forme de dents 7. La base 9 de la platine présente en son centre un trou fileté 23 obtenu par un emboutissage formant une cuvette 24 de manière à décaler le trou 23 par rapport à la base de la platine, suivi d'une opération de filetage. La platine présente en outre deux parties 10, 11 de collerette, en arcs de cercle centrés sur le centre de la platine et symétriques par rapport à ce centre. Ces parties 10, 11 de collerette sont en outre évasées vers l'extérieur de la platine de manière à former avec la base 9 de cette platine, deux machoires 8 dont la fonction sera décrite par la suite. Dans cet exemple de réalisation, les deux parties 10, 11 de collerettes sont sensiblement identiques et elles sont obtenues par un emboutissage crevé de la platine, ces deux parties de collerette correspondant aux bords rabattus 12 des crevés 13. La disposition et les dimensions des parties 10, 11 de collerette dépendent des profilés utilisés pour former l'ossature destinée à supporter le parement comme décrit par la suite. Les bords rabattus 12 peuvent être plus relevés sur leurs extrémités que dans leur partie centrale. Le bout 14 de la partie filetée 4 peut avantageusement être plus ou moins pointu de façon à faciliter l'embrochage du panneau isolant. La longueur de réglage possible de la distance correspond sensiblement à la profondeur intérieure du profilé en U, augmentée de la hauteur de la cuvette. Claims (10)
