- Element according to any one of claims 1 to 10, for use as a rail, including means for fixing against a masonry plane, characterized in that the fixing means (42, 43) are distributed over the two rigid sub-structures while being longitudinally offset on each sub-structure (27, 28) with respect to the other.
- Internal partition for a building, including a structure formed at least in part by elements (1, 2, 3) according to one of claims 1 to 11.
