Description

The invention relates to a system of ceiling panels and in particular to a system of ceiling panels with decorative blades.

Ceiling panel systems made by assembling a plurality of ceiling panels are known. Each ceiling panel has counter battens and decorative elements, for example decorative blades, attached to these counter battens. To suspend a ceiling panel, this panel is placed on support elements, for example frames of a support structure. Nevertheless, these support elements remain visible from below the panel.

The document WO 2009/023 898 describes a panel system each associated with a rectangular support frame. Each panel is composed of parallel decorative slats and counter-slats perpendicular to the slats. The blades have their two ends indented to cooperate with the edges of the frame. The establishment of a panel is done by inserting a first frame edge at the bottom of the notches of all the panels of the panel, then by placing the panel horizontally, and finally by horizontal displacement of the panel to a second frame edge opposite the first, so that the frame edges are only inserted halfway into the notches of the blades. This results in a space between the blade ends of two adjacent panels that highlights the interruption of the blades and appear the support frame.

The document US 2010/0139210 describes a panel consisting of blades and counter battens. The blades are arranged perpendicular to the support bars and are hung there. The space between two blades in the extension of one another remains visible, and the support bars remain visible.

The problem solved by the present invention is to provide a system of perforated panels for ceiling decoration giving the impression of continuity of the decorative blades, and masking the support structure.

La solution à ce problème est donnée par les caractéristiques techniques de la revendication 1.The solution to this problem is given by the technical features of claim 1.

Another object of the invention is to provide a system of perforated panels for ceiling decoration having a role of acoustic screen.

The invention relates to a perforated panel system for ceiling decoration, intended to be fixed to a support structure suspended from the ceiling, the panels being constituted, in front view, of parallel solid wood blades at constant spacing, and recessed, counter-laths constant spacing perpendicular to the blades, the support structure being made of parallel carriers with inverted T-section, characterized in that the ends of the battens-latte cooperate with the base of the carriers to ensure the fixation panels to the carriers, and the blades are arranged parallel to the carriers.

Each counter-batten has, at each end, a housing defining a bearing surface on the base of a carrier.

Each counter-batten comprises at its lower part, at one end, under the housing, a recess relative to the length of the counter-batten, at the other end, an extension beyond the length of the counter-batten extending under the housing, and carrying the wearer's masking blade.

A blade is arranged to the right of each carrier to hide it from view.

Preferably, in the case where the length of the blades of a panel does not correspond to a multiple of the spacing of the battens, an additional counter-batten is fixed to the free end of the blades.

Advantageously, the panel system comprises, supported on the counter battens, acoustic slabs.

The counter battens can be simply placed on the carriers, which makes mounting and dismantling the ceiling panel relatively easy. Such counter battens may in particular make it possible to avoid screwing operations to a support structure, so that access to the plenum can be relatively easy.

The prolongation of the counter-batten makes it possible to make the support element relatively discrete, especially since the extension is arranged to receive a masking blade of the wearer. Thus, the lower part of the support element is at least partly hidden in view of people below the ceiling.

The terms "low", "below", "lower" are to be interpreted in the common sense of the term, the gravity vector being directed downwards.

The counter-batten described above can thus make it possible to reconcile ease of installation and satisfactory final appearance.

It will be understood that each counter-batten rests on only one carrier section.

Since each counter-batten is intended for a given ceiling panel, it will be understood that a given carrier can make it possible to support several ceiling panels along this carrier and / or on either side of this carrier.

When two ceiling panels are arranged on either side of a carrier, it can be provided that two counter-battens of two respective panels are supported on each side of the carrier substantially on the same section of the carrier . These two adjacent counter battens each have a bearing surface to rest on the carrier. One of these counter battens comprises, at this end cooperating with the base of the carrier, an extension extending beyond its bearing surface, so that when these counter-slats are assembled to the carrier, their bearing surfaces resting on the carrier, this extension covers at least part of the base of the T of the carrier.

This extension is shaped to, when the bearing surface bears on the carrier, extend under the carrier so as to coat the entire section of the carrier.

Thus, even if the possible joint with the end of another adjacent counter-batten is slightly gaping, that is to say if there is a space between the end of the extension of the counter-batten and against -latte adjacent, the section of the carrier corresponding to these counter-battens remains hidden. The join only reveals another part of the counter-batten and thus remains relatively discrete.

In addition, the extension is shaped to allow the attachment of a blade on this extension, so as to hide the wearer throughout its length. The extension may for example include a notch for receiving a wooden blade.

Each counter-batten has an end as described above, with a bearing surface and a relatively extended extension, and an opposite end with a bearing surface and a recess. The counter-batten is thus relatively easy to install, for example by slightly inclining the counter-batten so as to insert a portion of the carrier plate between the support surface and the extension, and then repositioning the counter-batten to the horizontal, so that its two bearing surfaces rest on two neighboring carriers. Such a counter-batten can thus have a relatively simple design, in that it becomes superfluous to provide very deep notches for the installation of the counter-batten between two support elements.

The bearing surfaces of two adjacent counter battens cooperate with the lower arm of the inverted T-carrier, in particular with the plate of the T-section.

A set of blades with constant spacing from one to the other is attached to the battens. These blades can be of very simple design.

Such a ceiling panel can thus be mounted relatively easily on carriers.

For a given panel, one can for example count two to three times more decorative blades that counter-battens.

The section height of these blades and the spacing between the blades once fixed may be such that the set of blades can be closed, depending on the viewing angles, the passage of technical elements in the plenum. The section height of these blades may for example be from 2 to 10 centimeters and advantageously close from 4 to 5 centimeters, while the spacing between two blades can be from 1 to 10 centimeters, and advantageously from 4 to 8 centimeters.

The ceiling panel may further comprise an additional counter-batten or counter-batten edge to which are fixed the ends of the blades of the plurality of blades. This counter-lath edge can keep the ends of the blades in place, thus limiting the deformation of the blades to come. In addition, the format of the ceiling panel can be adjusted, the panel still having a satisfactory appearance. The adjustment can be done directly on site.

This counter-lath edge may be of the same type as the counter-lath described above, with a bearing surface at each of its ends and an extension at one of its ends, but advantageously, the counter-lath border is not intended to rest on a carrier. This avoids making visible the connection between the support member and the counter-lath border.

The counter-lath edge may advantageously comprise, for example at at least one of its ends, a housing for receiving a screw. Thus, the counter-lath edge can be attached to the last board of the panel.

More generally, the counter-lath edge may be arranged at at least one of its ends so as to firmly attach this end to the end of a side plate of the panel.

Of course, it can be expected that only some panels have a counter-lath edge, for example the panels for an edge of the panel system visible from the room.

Such a panel system may be assembled by a ceiling panel mounting method to form a perforated ceiling decoration panel system, each panel comprising a plurality of battens and at least one decorative ceiling element, for example a blade, adapted to be fixed to the battens of this plurality, each counter-batten comprising, at each of its ends, a bearing surface arranged to bear on a carrier to support the counter-batten. The method comprises a step of engaging each panel on a corresponding carrier by placing the bearing surfaces of the counter-slats of this panel on the carrier, one end of each counter-slat having an extension, or part of shutter, shaped to, once the panel engaged, extend under the carrier to hide at least a portion of the wearer in the eyes of people under the ceiling panel.

It is further proposed a counter-batten for a ceiling panel, arranged so that at least one decorative ceiling element can be attached to this counter-batten, the counter-batten having at one end:
  • a bearing surface shaped to bear on the wearer to support the counter-batten, and
  • a sealing portion shaped to extend under the carrier when the bearing portion bears on the wearer, in order to conceal at least a portion of the wearer in the eyes of people under the ceiling panel.

By "extend under" is meant that the lower part of the carrier is at least partially obscured by the sight of people below the ceiling.

The sealing portion is advantageously arranged so as to receive a blade, in order to conceal the wearer over its entire length.

There is further provided a ceiling panel comprising counter battens as described above, and decorative ceiling elements attached to these battens, or acoustic insulation panels resting against the battens.

The figures relate to one embodiment of the invention, which is not limiting. Similar references can be used from one figure to another to designate similar or similar elements.

With reference to Figures 1 and 2 , the ceiling panel system shown 1 comprises metal carriers 7, and ceiling panels 5, 5 ', 5 "placed on these carriers 7.

The carriers 7 are parallel and arranged in a substantially horizontal plane. The carriers 7 are suspended from the ceiling by means of cables or suspension rods 9, for example threaded rods 9 adjustable in length. The threaded rods 9 may have a diameter of about 6 millimeters.

Une telle structure de support peut être conforme au standard TDU 58-1.The carriers 7 are spaced from each other, for example at constant spacing between two consecutive carriers, by means of horizontal spacing rods 11. These rods 11 may be threaded rods of about 5 millimeters in diameter. Such a support structure may conform to TDU standard 58-1.

Each of the panels 5, 5 ', 5 "results from a mid-wood assembly of blades 13, for example wood blades 13 identical to each other, against counter-slats 15. It will be possible to refer in particular to the figure 4 for more details.

With reference to this figure, the blades 13 are fixed at constant spacing, perpendicular to the counter battens 15 by complementary notches, for example U-section cuts 43, 44 and 45 respectively formed on the blades 13 and the counter-battens. 15. The attachment of the blades 13 to the counter-slats 15 can be consolidated by gluing by means of adhesive glue deposited on the notches.

The section of the blades 13 may have a height of the order of 6 centimeters and a width of the order of one centimeter. The blades 13 may be spaced apart by about 8 centimeters.

The panel 5 is rectangular, the ends of the counter battens 15 opening on the lengths of the panel.

At the end of the panel defined by the counter-lath 15 on the figure 4 correspond notches 43 open. These cuts 43 may be shaped so as to occupy only about half of the corresponding notch 45 of the counter-batten 15, thus allowing space for another open cut of a blade of a adjacent panel, so that there is no apparent gap between two blades 13 located in the extension of one another.

As shown by Figures 1 and 2 there may be three counter battens 15 per panel and six solid wood panels 13 per panel.

La longueur du panneau 5 est déterminée par la longueur des lames 13.The length of the panel 5 is determined by the length of the blades 13.

Two adjacent panels 5, 5 'or 5', 5 "rest on the same carrier 7, on either side of this carrier, via the battens 15, 15 ', 15". Thus, two adjacent counter battens 15, 15 'of two respective adjacent panels 5, 5' abut on the same carrier section 7.

As represented in figure 3 the ends 16, 36 'of these adjacent counter battens 15, 15' have a particular arrangement.

The ends 16, 36 'each comprise a bearing surface 20, 21' shaped to rest on the flat 17 of the inverted T of the carrier 7. The ends 16, 36 'are thus cut with flat bearing surfaces 17 of the carrier 7, these surfaces being intended to be arranged on either side of the carrier body 7.

The end 16 of the counter-lath 15 further comprises an extension 30 defining with the bearing surface 20 a housing 25 for receiving a portion of the dish 17. This housing 25 may have a height of about 5 millimeters.

When the bearing surface 20 rests on the plate 17, the extension 30 extends over an entire section of the carrier 7. The extension 30 may extend a few centimeters in order to cover and exceed the section of the housing, for example on 3 or 4 centimeters from the vertical of the bottom of housing 25.

La surface d'appui 20 peut s'étendre sur un centimètre environ depuis le fond du logement 25.The bearing surface 20 can extend about a centimeter from the bottom of the housing 25.

The end 36 'comprises a recess relative to the length of the counter-batten 15'. A running part 27 of the end 36 'of the counter-batten 15' makes it possible to wedge the plate 17 of the carrier 7 between the counter battens 15, 15 ', thus making it possible to control the relative positioning of these counter battens.

The clearance 26 between the counter battens 15, 15 'being relatively remote from the carrier 7, this game 26 thus does not reveal the wearer 7 in the eyes of those present under the system 1.

In addition, the mounting of a perforated panel 5 can be carried out by interlocking, simply by inclining the panel 5 to be mounted and engaging the end 16 of the battens 15 of the panel (at the same level) so as to insert a part of the plate 17 of the carrier 7 in the recesses 25 of these respective counter battens.

The bearing surfaces 20, 21 are cut in cross section preferably at mid-height of the body of the counter-slats 15, 15 'substantially along the longitudinal axis of the counter-batten, so that after assembly they are substantially horizontal. , to prevent any slippage of the support.

One of the counter-batten ends is cut into a section with an offset extension covering the plate 17 of the carrier 7 and protruding a small length, for example from 1 to 5 centimeters (s). This offset portion 30 has a lower notch 18 for receiving a blade 13, vertically right of the plane of the carrier 7, which makes it possible to conceal the bottom view of the panel the carrier 7 and the other suspension parts of the system. ceiling.

With reference to the figure 4 it can be noted that each counter-batten 15 has an end 16 with a bearing surface 20 and an extension 30, and an opposite end 36 of the type of the end 36 'of the figure 3 with a bearing surface 21 and a recess relative to the length of the counter-batten.

As represented in Figures 5 and 6 the ceiling system has additional edge battens 19, whereby the dimensions of the ceiling panel system can be adapted to the desired site values. For a curb board, the curb counter-batten makes it possible to hold the solid wood panel boards in place, preventing these boards from being warped, which gives the board a relative durability.

These counter battens 19 are cut at their ends to receive screwed fastening an end plate 13 of the ceiling panel system. The screwing can take place on the ground, before mounting the panel.

The ceiling panel system described above is suitable for the installation of absorbent or reverberant acoustic slabs 47 ( Fig. 7 ). For this purpose, the counter-slats 15 are advantageously provided with longitudinal notches 46 on their upper face, preferably symmetrically so as to define a longitudinal rib 48. The acoustic slabs 47 are of square shape and are arranged in abutment against the -lattes 15, in the indentations 46. Two opposite sides of an acoustic slab 47 rest on the notches 46 of two counter-slats 15 neighbors. The other two opposite sides of the same slab 47 are in lateral support on two neighboring carriers 7. Thus the edges of the acoustic slabs 47 are not visible from below because they are masked either by the counter-slats 15 or by the plates 17 of the carriers 7, which are themselves masked by a blade 13.

Thanks to the interlocking installation design, the panels 5 are easily removable. The installation on the panels and / or in the plenum of the apparatus of the type of fire detectors, fire sprinkler, spot hook, air conditioning elements, or others, is relatively easy, as well as the access to these devices.

In addition, these assembly and disassembly operations affect the panels 5 relatively little, insofar as these operations do not involve screwing or delicate fixing to undo. The panels 5 having a relatively high percentage of vacuum, of the order of 80%, of the nozzle type or lighting element devices can be installed on the panel itself. The panel system 1 can thus find, for example, applications in residential or non-residential spaces, for example office buildings or exhibition spaces.
