Des progrès significatifs dans les procédés de diagnostic médical ont été accomplis ces dernières années grâce à l'introduction de procédés non agressifs ou non destructifs. Parmi ceux-ci, la spectroscopie dans le proche infrarouge (I.R.) et des'instruments y faisant appel ont été-
utilisés pour caractériser in vivo les tissus biologiques.
La spectrophotométrie I.R. repose sur la trans-
parence relative des matières biologiques aux photons dans le proche I.R. (700-900 nm). La transmission in situ de photons à travers les organes est suffisante pour permettre
le contrôle des variations d'absorption dans les tissus.
Dans cette région du spectre, seuls quelques chromophores de grande signification fonctionnelle absorbent la lumière: le "hème" de l'hémoglobine grâce auquel on peut évaluer les variations de volume hématique local et d'équilibre entre l'oxyhémoglobine (HbO2) et l'hémoglobine (Hb) ainsi que le
cuivre visible de la cytochromoxydase (cyt a,a3), c'est-à-
dire l'enzyme finale dans la chaîne respiratoire mitochon-
drique qui catalyse 95 % des molécules d'oxygène (02)
entrantes.
Puisque la chaîne respiratoire mitochondrique est la principale voie de passage pour l'utilisation de
l'énergie libre obtenue dans les divers métabolismes, l'éva-
luation in vivo de l'état redox de la cyt a,a3 peut être d'un grand secours pour évaluer l'état fonctionnel des cellules dans diverses situations physiopathologiques (E. Dora, J. Neurochem. 42, 101.108, 1984; M. Erecinska, D. Wilson, J. Memb. Biology 70, 1-14, 1982; F.F. Jobsis,
Adv. Neurol. 26, 299, 1979).
On connaît des méthodes assez précises pour mesurer le niveau d'oxygénation de l'hémoglobine circulant dans le système vasculaire des tissus superficiels (Takatani et al., Ann. Biomed. Eng. 8, 1, 1980). Cependant de telles méthodes existantes ne permettent pas, en général, d'obtenir des résultats quantitatifs pour les organes internes à cause des difficultés rencontrées lors de l'évaluation des effets de diffusion de la lumière. Jobsis, de l'Université de Duke, a récemment proposé d'utiliser ce type de spectroscopie pour caractériser le métabolisme des cellules in vivo (brevet américain n
4 218 645), et en particulier pour évaluer le niveau d'oxygé-
nation de tissus cérébraux par mesure de l'absorption I.R. de la cytochrome-c-oxydase (F.F. Jobsis, Science, 198, 1264,
1977).
Le spectrophotomètre proposé par Jobsis comprend: (A) quelques sources de lumière émettant séquentiellement des radiations dans la gamme de 700 à 1 300 nm; (B) une fibre optique qui transmet la lumière à l'organe à placer sous contrôle; (C) une fibre optique qui recueille les radiations émergeant de l'organe sous monitorage; et (D) un dispositif convertissant les radiations en un signal facile
à analyser.
Cependant, le spectrophotomètre proposé par Jobsis fournit des résultats quantitatifs inacceptables du fait qu'il ne tient pas compte des effets de diffusion de la lumière, qui sont assez importants et qui peuvent varier dans le temps; de plus, et plus particulièrement, la diffusion de la lumière rend les trajets optiques non rectilignes et
la loi de Beer-Lambert n'est pas applicable.
Cet instrument ne permet donc pas de corriger les
données observées à cause des effets de diffusion.
L'objet de la présente invention est un spectro-
photomètre nouvellement développé permettant une évaluation
quantitative et simultanée de l'absorption due à la cyto-
chrome-c-oxydase et aux deux formes (oxygénée et non oxy-
génée) de l'hémoglobine qui sont présentes dans les tissus in vivo, tout en tenant compte des effets de diffusion de la
lumière et de leurs variations quelconques dans le temps.

La présente invention sera mieux comprise en se
reportant à la description qui va suivre, au regard des
dessins annexes dans lesquels: - la figure 1 est un schéma-bloc représentant les parties fondamentales de l'appareil objet de la présente invention; - la figure 2 est un schéma de principe détaillé de l'alimentation de la source de lumière à éclairs; - la figure 3 montre les positions des détecteurs de lumière; - la figure 4 est un schéma de principe détaillé du système d'amplificateurs et du système d'échantillonnage des signaux pour l'ordinateur; - la figure 5 est un schéma-bloc du système d'ordinateur utilisé pour recueillir les signaux et de son interface avec les détecteurs de lumière via un convertisseur analogique/numérique; - les figures 6 et 7 représentent des courbes
typiques de saturation en oxygène de l'hémoglobine, d'oxyda-
tion de la cytochrome-c-oxydase et de volume sanguin mesurées au moyen de l'appareil selon la présente invention dans la région de l'encéphale à différentes conditions d'activité respiratoire, en comparaison avec le niveau d'oxygène mesuré par une électrode appliquée sur la peau;
- la figure 8 est une illustration de la disposi-
tion des fibres optiques pour assurer le contrôle simultané
de différentes régions d'une même partie du corps.
Les applications les plus importantes de ce type d'instrument peuvent concerner le contr1ôle des conditions circulatoires et métaboliques de l'encéphale d'enfants prématurés, de patients ayant subi des interventions de neurochirurgie, des interventions de chirurgie vasculaire à
la carotide, et en général de patiens sous anesthésie géné-
rale ou soumis à des soins intensifs; d'autres applications peuvent comporter le contrôle du système vasculaire périphérique et les cas d'insuffisance respiratoire chronique
ou aiguë.
Dans ces conditions, un premier objet de la présente invention concerne un spectrophotomètre à lumière pulseeà longueurs-d-ondes mult-iples..pou- r le contrôle unon. agressif, tel que celui représenté ici-sur la figure 1, comprenant les parties suivantes: - une source 1 de lumière émettant des radiations dans le proche I.R., constituée d'une lampe aiimentée par des impulsions rythmées par le courant alternatif; - un moyen 2 pour conduire la lumière à un organe à placer sous contrôle; - un moyen 3 pour conduire la lumière provenant de l'organe sous contrôle; - un détecteur 4 sensible à au moins quatre radiations, de longueurs d'ondes significatives pour les paramètres à mesurer, parmi toutes celles qui ont été fournies par la source et qui se sont propagées à travers l'organe; - un amplificateur 5 pour convertir le signal pulsé provenant des radiations recueillies en un signal continu facile à analyser et pour corriger les variations dues aux fluctuations de la source; et - un système 6 d'acquisition comportant un microprocesseur adapté pour permettre le calcul instantané des valeurs des paramètres physiologiques détectés en tenant
compte des effets de diffusion de la lumière.
Un mode de réalisation particulier de la présente invention va maintenant être décrit à-titre d'exemple non
limitatif.
1. Source lumineuse La figure 2 donne le schéma de principe d'un ensemble de circuits destinés à alimenter en énergie une
lampe à éclairs au xénon 11 (type EGeGFx200 ou équivalent).
L'énergie pour l'éclair de lumière est fournie par un condensateur 12 chargé à une tension de niveau VO. Le condensateur 12 se décharge dans la lampe 11 à la réception
d'une impulsion de déclenchement.
L'impulsion de déclenchement est fournie par un thyristor 13 via un transformateur 14 (Modèle FY604 de chez
EGeG), l'ensemble étant piloté par une horloge 15 en synchro-
nisme -avec la fréquence du réseau d'alimentation. Chaque fois qu'une impulsion atteint la lampe 11, le circuit de mise en forme 16 bloque les impulsions d'horloge successives pendant
une durée déterminée qu'on peut faire varier à volonté.
Lors des essais effectués jusqu'à présent, cette
durée était de 125 ms et/ou 250 ms.
Le numéro de référence 17 repère une photodiode destinée à contrôler la lumière émise par la lampe 11, et le numéro 18 repère le préamplificateur de sortie. La lumière provenant de la lampe 11 est dirigée vers une fibre optique 19
par un système de lentilles de verre 110.
Une variante possible du schéma précédent utilise à la place de la lampe à éclairs une lampe à haute luminosité (lampe au xénon 75-200W du type XBO de chez Osram) alimentée en courant continu par une source d'alimentation classique; un disque de découpage de la lumière placé devant la fibre
optique tourne en synchronisme avec le réseau d'alimentation.
Naturellement, le choix de cette source lumineuse entraîne une modification dans la réalisation des circuits amplificateurs, la durée des impulsions de lumière étant ici
plus longue qu'avec une lampe à éclairs.
2. et 3. Moyens pour conduire la lumière La lumière est conduite à l'organe à placer sous contrôle par une fibre optique souple 2 en verre transparent et/ou en matière plastique ayant un diamètre dans la gamme de 2 à 10 mm. La lumière émergeant des tissus est recueillie
par une autre fibre optique 3 généralement de la même dimen-
sion. Les fibres optiques 3 et 4 sont placées de façon à reposer sur le tissu de l'organe à placer sous contrôle en assurant un bon contact, généralement à quelques centimètres
l'une de l'autre.
A cet effet, on peut avantageusement utiliser, pour assurer le contrôle d'un organe d'un individu, le dispo- sitif connu d'après les brevets américains n 4 321 930 et
4 380 240.
A cause des importants effets de diffusion qui sont prédominants, il est sans importance que les deux fibres soient alignées ou forment entre elles un angle qui peut
atteindre 180 .
4. Détecteur La figure 3 montre la disposition du détecteur. La lumière incidente provenant de la région placée sous contrôle et transmise par la fibre optique 300 se divise d'abord en deux branches et illumine ensuite les photocathodes de quatre photomultiplicateurs 301, 302, 303, 304 après être passée par les filtres interférentiels 311, 312, 313, 314 dont la face
avant forme aussi un excellent miroir.
Des lentilles 321, 322, 323, 324 focalisent la
lumière sur la photocathode. Les trajets lumineux sont indi-
qués en traits interrompus. Les photomultiplicateurs (type R298 ou R236 de chez Hammatsu), qui sont particulièrement sensibles dans la région du proche I.R., sont alimentés sous une haute tension HV qui peut varier ou être programmée dans
la gamme de 500-à 1 100 V au moyen de diviseurs séparés.
Le signal provenant des anodes des photomultipli-
cateurs est recueilli sur des résistances de relativement faible valeur (<3KM) pour conserver une bonne bande passante (>1MHz), et le signal est amplifié par les préamplificateurs 331, 332, 333, 334 alimentés sur batteries rechargeables ou par une source d'alimentation séparée ayant une haute immunité
contre le bruit, de façon à éviter les inductions électro-
magnétiques provenant de décharges de tension ou venant par
le réseau. Les batteries sont rechargées automatiquement.
Un montage optique différent, plus simple, peut être réalisé
en utilisant une fibre optique à quatre branches qui illu-
minent séparément les quatre photomultiplicateurs. Les filtres interférentiels employés ont une largeur de bande à mi-amplitude allant de 4 à 25 nm (depréférence. 10 nm) centrés.
dans la gamme entre 700 et 950 nm et de préférence respec-
tivement sur 750, 800, 850 et 900 nm (ou à titre de variante
sur 750, 820, 850 et 900 nm, par exemple).
Il serait possible d'augmnenter le nombre de canaux jusqu'à cinq ou six, ou même plus, pour améliorer par là
l'évaluation quantitative des effets de diffusion.
5. Amplificateur La figure 4 représente un mode de réalisation du système aplificateur et des circuits d'échantillonnage pour
l'acquisition de données destinées à l'ordinateur.
Les signaux provenant de chacun des canaux, à savoir de la photodiode 17 de la source lumineuse et des préamplificateurs 331, 332, 333, 334, sont amplifiés par un système d'amplificateurs rapides formés de deux inverseurs 401, 402 dont le premier 401 agit aussi comme circuit de
mise en forme pour déterminer un temps de montée fixe (envi-
ron 2 microsecondes) au moyen du condensateur d'intégration
403 placé dans le circuit de réaction.
Les deux inverseurs 401, 402 sont suivis d'un
étage plus lent 404 et d'un échantillonneur de type échan-
tillonneur-bloqueur) référencé 405. Le signal de commande de l'échantillonneur 405 est fourni par un circuit de mise en
forme 406 qui, à son tour, donne naissance dans le généra-
teur 407 à un signal de déclenchement TR destiné à piloter
la séquence d'acquisition de l'ordinateur. -
Les canaux individuels sont -comparés avec le moniteur dans l'étage différentiel 408,- de façon à éliminer les fluctuations de signal dues au scintillement de la source. Les signaux C1, C2, C3, C4 ainsi obtenus et le signal
de déclenchement TR sont fournis au système d'acquisition.
6. Système d'acquisition
Un mode de réalisation possible du système d'acqui-
sition pour l'instrument objet de la présente invention est
représenté schématiquement sur la figure 5. Un microproces-
seur 501, du type 6502 de chez Apple II, est employé avec un système d'entrée/sortie 502 du commerce, ISAAC de chez Cyborg Co. capable de convertir séquentiellement plusieurs
signaux analogiques et de les transmettre ensuite au micro-
processeur. Le système ISAAC permet aussi de transmettre des signaux analogiques à un traceur de courbes extérieur 503 de
facon à obtenir des tracés des données obtenues.
Le microprocesseur 501 est connecté à deux dis-
quettes 504 et 505, à une imprimante 506 et à un dispositif
de visualisation 507. La capacité de mémoire du microproces-
seur est de 48 kilo-octets. On utilise aussi une carte à mémoire additionnelle de 128 kilo-octets qui fonctionne comme un disque virtuel. Les mêmes fonctions peuvent bien sûir être
accomplies par pratiquement n'importe quel autre microproces-
seur ayant les mêmes capacités. Le signal TR provoque le départ de la séquence d'acquisition. Une fois les données transférées dans les mémoires de l'ordinateur, il devient possible de visualiser les tracés, soit en temps réel soit un peu plus tard, en calculant les valeurs des paramètres physiologiques enregistrés, tels que le volume hématique, la saturation en oxygène de l'hémoglobine, et le niveau redox
de la cytochrome-c-oxydase, au moyen d'un algorithme utili-
sant la valeur instantanée du signal aux quatre-longueurs d'ondes. Les paramètres de ce calcul sont obtenus par un processus d'optimisation des valeurs calculées selon un modèle théorique (D.V. Luebbers, Advances in Exp. medicine
and Biology 37A, 45-54, 1973) et les données expérimentales.
En plus des signaux des canaux C1-C4, diverses autres grandeurs provenant d'autres instruments (E) sont
introduites dans le système d'acquisition.

On appréciera le fait que des programmes divers de traitement peuvent être utilisés avec le microprocesseur qui permet d'éliminer par filtrage une partie du bruit, de détecter et de corriger les pointes provoquées par des glissements instantanés dans les tracés dus à des variations dans le contact entre la fibre optique et le tissu, et
ainsi de suite.
L'instrument selon l'invention qui vient d'être décrit offre les avantages suivants: 1 / le fonctionnement en impulsions rend le fond de lumière ambiante virtuellement négligeable; 2 / le moniteur permet de corriger n'importe quelle fluctuation de l'intensité de la source; / la mesure de la lumière transmise à au moins
quatre longueurs d'ondes permet le calcul du contenu en hémo-
globine des tissus en cours d'observation, de son niveau
d'oxygénation, et de l'état d'oxyréduction de la cytochrome-
c-oxydase; 4 / le traitement en temps réel devient possible grâce à un processus de calcul qui permet à tout instant la correction des valeurs d'absorption pour l'effet dû à la diffusion de la lumière; / la stabilité de mesure est améliorée par l'utilisation d'une source d'alimentation séparée pour les préamplificateurs et par la synchronisation de la source avec le réseau d'alimentation; 6 / le microprocesseur permet la détection et la correction de n'importe quel glissement instantané dans les tracés dû aux variations dans le contact entre la fibre optique et le tissu; et 7 / il devient possible de corréler les mesures faites par absorption dans le proche I.R. avec celles venant
d'autres instruments.
A titre d'exemple les figures 6 et 7 montrent les tracés enregistrés pour les paramètres susdits mesurés dans l'encéphale en même temps qu'une mesure de la pression d'oxygène au niveau de la peau effectuée avec une électrode
transcutanée (Radiometer, modèle TCM 2).
La figure 6 montre un tracé typique obtenu lors de changements de l'activité respiratoire (hyperventilation-
apnée). Le temps en minutes est porté en abscisses.
En ordonnées figure sur la gauche une échelle en
millimètres de mercure relative à la courbe' 1.
La section A de la figure 6 correspond à des
conditions normales de respiration, la section B à des condi-
tions d'hyperventilation, la section C à des conditions d'apnée et la section D de nouveau à des conditions normales
de respiration.
La courbe 2 est la mesure du taux de saturation de l'hémoglobine, la courbe 3 est une mesure de l'état d'oxydation de la cytochrome-c-oxydase, et la courbe 4 est
une mesure du volume hématique.
Le niveau d'oxygène dans le sang artériel du bras a été enregistré comme référence au moyen d'une électrode
transcutanée (courbe 1).
Pendant l'apnée, le niveau de saturation de l'hémoglobine au niveau artériel tombe de 95 % à environ 55%, l'état oxyréductif de la cytochromec-oxydase tombe d'environ % à partir d'un niveau estimé d'environ 80 %, et le
volume hématique monte de 10 % à 12 %.
Il faut noter que la valeur de ce paramètre dépend dans une certaine mesure du modèle supposé et des valeurs supposées de l'hématocrite cérébral, généralement plus faible que celui observé dans les régions périphériques (M.E. Phelps
et al., J. Appl. Physical 35, 275-280, 1983).
La figure 7 montre à la place un tracé typique obtenu lors de l'inhalation de différents mélanges gazeux
(air, oxygène pur, mélange hypo-oxygéné).
Le temps en minutes est porté en abscisses.
En ordonnées figure une échelle en millimètres de
mercure relative à la courbe 1.
Dans la section A de la figure, le patient respire de l'air, dans la section B un mélange hypo oxygéné
(2 10%, N2 90 %), et dans la section C il respire de l'oxy-
gène pur.
La courbe 2 est une mesure de l'état d'oxydation de la cytochrome-coxydase, la courbe 3 une mesure du niveau de saturation de l'hémoglobine, et la courbe 4 une mesure du
volume hématique.
Ici encore, le niveau de 02 dans le sans artériel du bras a été enregistré comme référence au moyen d'une
électrode transcutanée (courbe 1).
Pendant que le patient respire le mélange hypo-
oxygéné, l'état d'oxydation de la cytochrome-c-oxydase ne varie pas de façon appréciable, le taux de saturation de l'hémoglobine décroît de 90 % à environ 65 %, et le volume
hématique passe de 10 % à environ 11 %.
A partir du schéma général esquissé ci-dessus, on
peut réaliser un ensemble instrumental plus complexe permet-
tant de mettre simultanément sous contrôle différentes
régions d'un seul et même organe.
La disposition de la fibre optique 80 pour un tel appareil est indi;quée sur la figure 8 à titre d'exemple. La source lumineuse est schématisée en 81; elle peut être
réalisée comme dans le précédent exemple.
On utilise des fibres à brins multiples, et dans chaque région la lumière transmise est mesurée à au moins
quatre longueurs d'ondes.
Les différents détecteurs peuvent être remplacés avantageusement par un intensificateur d'image 82 (par exemple Thomson-CSF 9403) couplé à un réseau de détecteurs 83
au silicium à l'état solide.
Le système de filtres 84 peut être remplacé par
un seul filtre variant de 750 à 900 nm.
Les signaux électriques E sortant des détecteurs doivent ensuite être traités par un système d'amplificateurs similaire à celui décrit en détail ci-dessus, Un instrument plus complexe comme celui décrit ici permet de dresser une carte du métabolisme et de l'état
vasculaire du cortex cérébral selon les plus récentes métho-
des de production d'images.
La présente invention permet aussi de mesurer
par une méthode spectrophotométrique les paramètres circu-
ltoires et -de métabo-lisme-.local.dans- les xfganes.v-an: _.
par contrôle non agressif, en utilisant le spectrophotomètre
décrit précédemment.
Claims (18)
1. Spectrophotomètre à lumière pulsée à longueurs d'ondes multiples pour un contrôle non agressif, comprenant les parties suivantes: (a) une source lumineuse (1) émettant des radiations dans le proche infrarouge et constituée d'une lampe alimentée par des impulsions rythmées par le courant alternatif; (b) un moyen (2) pour conduire la lumière à un organe à contrôler; (c) un moyen (3) pour conduire la lumière provenant de l'organe sous contrôle; (d) un détecteur (4) sensible à au moins quatre radiations de longueurs d'ondes significatives pour les paramètres à mesurer, parmi toutes celles qui ont été fournies par la source et qui se sont propagées à travers l'organe; (e) un amplificateur (5) pour convertir le signal pulsé provenant des radiations recueillies en un signal continu facile à analyser et pour corriger les variations dues aux fluctuations de la source; et
(f) un système (6) d'acquisition comportant un microproces-
seur adapté pour permettre le calcul instantané des valeurs des paramètres physiologiques détectés en tenant
compte des effets de diffusion de la lumière.
2. Spectrophotomètre à lumière pulsée selon la reven-
dication 1, caractérisé par le fait que la source lumineuse
(1) comporte une lampe à éclairs (11) au xénon.
3. Spectrophotomètre à lumière pulsée selon la reven-
dication 1, caractérisé par le fait que les moyens (2, 3) conducteurs de lumière comportent une fibre optique souple
en verre transparent ou en matière plastique.
4. Spectrophotomètre à lumière pulsée selon la reven-
dication 1, caractérisé par le fait que les moyens conduc-
teurs (2, 3) comportent une fibre optique à brins multiples.

5. Spectrophotomètre à lumière pulsée selon la reven-
dication 3, caractérisé par le fait que la fibre optique
souple a un diamètre dans la gamme de 2 à 10 mm.
6. Spectrophotomètre à lumière pulsée selon la reven-
dication 1, caractérisé par le fait que la lumière provenant de l'organe sous contrôle, après avoir traversé les filtres
interférentiels (311, 312, 313, 314), illumine la photoca-
thode d'au moins quatre photomultiplicateurs (301, 302, 303, 304).
7. Spectrophotomètre à lumière pulsée selon la reven-
dication 1, caractérisé par le fait que la lumière provenant de l'organe sous contrôle illumine la photocathode diun
intensificateur d'image (82) couplé à un réseau de détec-
teurs (83) à l'état solide.
8. Spectrophotomètre à lumière pulsée selon la reven-
dication 6, caractérisé par le fait que les photomultiplica-
teurs (301, 302, 303, 304) sont sensibles dans la région du
proche infrarouge.
9. Spectrophotomètre à lumière pulsée selon la reven-
dication 6, caractérisé par le fait que les filtres inter-
férentiels (311, 312, 313, 314) ont une largeur de bande à mi-amplitude dans la gamme de 4 à 25 nm centrée en un point
de la gamme de 700 à 950 nm.
10. Spectrophotomètre à lumière pulsée selon la reven-
dication 6, caractérisé par le fait que les filtres inter-
férentiels (311, 312, 313, 314) ont une largeur de bande à mi-
amplitude dans la gamme de 4 à 25 nm centrée respectivement
sur 750, 800, 850 et 900 nm.
11. Spectrophotomètre à lumière pulsée selon la reven-
dication 6, caractérisé par le fait que les filtres inter-
férentiels (311, 312, 313, 314) ont une largeur de bande à mi-
amplitude dans la gamme de 4 à 25 nm centrée respectivement
sur 750, 820, 850 et 900 nm.
12. Spectrophotomètre à lumière pulsée selon la reven-
dication 6, caractérisé par le fait qu'un seul filtre (84)
variable dans la gamme de 750 à 900 nm est utilisé.
13. Spectrophotomètre à lumière pulsée selon la reven-
dication 6, caractérisé par le fait que le signal de la photodiode (17) et les signaux des préamplificateurs (331,
332, 333, 334) sont amplifiés dans un système d'amplifica-
teurs rapides (401, 402, 404).
14. Spectrophotomètre à lumière pulsée selon la reven-
Àdicatien 13, caractérisé par ie fait que le.-système d',ampli-
ficateurs rapides comprend deux inverseurs (401, 402) dont le premier (401) joue aussi le rôle de circuit de mise en
forme.
15. Spectrophotomètre à lumière pulsée selon la reven-
dication 13, caractérisé par le fait que les deux inverseurs (401, 402) sont suivie d'un étage plus lent (404) et d'un
échantillonneur du type échantillonneur bloqueur (405).
16. Spectrophotomètre à lumière pulsée selon la reven-
dication 1, caractérisé par le fait que les signaux des canaux individuels sont comparés à celui du moniteur dans
un étage différentiel (408).
17. Procédé spectrophotométrique pour mesurer les paramètres circulatoires et de métabolisme local dans des organes vivants par contrôle non agressif, caractérisé par le fait qu'il fait usage du spectrophotomètre à lumière
pulsée selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 16.
18. Procédé spectrophotométrique pour mesurer les paramètres circulatoires et de métabolisme local dans des organes vivants par contrôle non agressif, caractérisé par le fait qu'il fait usage du spectrophotomètre à lumière
pulsée selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 16
pour placer simultanément sous contrôle différentes régions
d'un seul et même organe.
