Abstract

The present invention relates to an element or a panel for roof covering or for cladding of walls. This piece, made by moulding of insulating and light-weight low-density polyurethane, of 0.2 to 0.9 gr/l, can receive, for the purpose of increasing its mechanical strength, a cloth 5 of synthetic fibres of high mechanical strength and/or ribs formed in the mould and, for the purpose of increasing its fire resistance, a plasterboard. In addition, it can receive an element 9 for circulation of fluid intended to collect the heat energy emitted by solar radiation. The present invention is applicable in particular to the manufacture of elements or panels for roof covering or for cladding of walls, having the appearance of conventional materials, combining lightness and ease of use, permitting insulation and fire-proofing of the said coverings, and also the recovery of the heat energy emitted by solar radiation.

Description

The present invention relates to an element or
roof or cladding panel, in particular for housing.

We have already tried to lower the weight of the elements
roof covering or cladding because this lowering allows
puts to lighten all the structures that constitute you
ture, using, for example, corrugated iron,
polyester or fiber cement sheets.

The present invention makes it possible to derealize blankets
roof, which, at equal dimensions, can have a
weight 50% lower than those used according to the prior art
which has just been indicated.

This roof covering element, or barda
ge, according to the present invention is characterized by the rea-
lisaticn of a plastic part whose relief and
the color are the copy of the aspects of the tiles and slate
traditional or shingles.

recherche.
In a preferred embodiment of this element
according to the present invention, after having overmolded a surface
to reproduce, we get a mold that looks like
research.

This element can be a unitary element such as a
tile or uneardoise, or a panel representing an assembly
characteristic of tiles, slates or shingles.

fibres de verre, ou par une combinaison de nervures et de fib;;
In this mold, which we reserve to vary the
depth, we can inject for example
polyurethane, after applying to the side of the repro mold
combining the appearance, a mold base varnish of the desired shade
The mechanical resistance of such an element can be
reinforced either by ribs made in the ungrained side of the mold, by the ad, anointing of a mt or a fabric
glass fibers, or by a combination of ribs and fib;
This preferred embodiment of an element of
roofing or cladding according to the present invention
is particularly advantageous because it allows
realize the element of the indicated type, in a single operation
by injection of polyurethane foam, insulating material and
light, particularly interesting in countries where strong winds tear off the roofing elements and make them dangerous, even deadly pro, ectiles and include the reinforcing elements and a system allowing the circulation of a fluid in order to collect calories emitted by solar radiation and received by the element or panel. These elements and these panels with a density of 0.2 to 0.9 gr / l and of large dimensions can be produced in large series, in particular on fully automated production lines. Their low weight, for example 4 Kg / for a square meter, considerably lowers the cost of laying labor, which can be done by nailing, screwing. Finishing the roof is easy because these polyurethane foam elements are easily cut and cut. The waterproofing of the roof obtained by the necessary overlap of the elements or panels, designed for the production of the mold, can be completed by the installation of joint or glue during assembly, and in the case of heat recovery from an easy junction.

By way of example, an embodiment of an element and a roof covering or cladding panel according to the present invention has been described below and illustrated diagrammatically in the appended drawing.
