Abstract

The folded box incorporates a lengthwise seam and partly-overlapping sealing flaps at the ends, together with a tear-open strip in the front wall. The two flaps (14) attached to the front wall (3) are folded onto the remaining flaps (7,8) and sealed to the nearest one (8) over part of their surface. The lines (10,11) enclosing the tear-open strip (12) emanate from the ends of the lines along which these outer flaps (14) are attached to the front wall.

Folding box comprising a longitudinal joint assembly as well as flaps (14) arranged on the front faces and reciprocally overlapping at least partially, and a tear-off strip (12) which can be removed and disposed in the front wall and used to open the packaging, characterized in that at least the two flaps (14), articulated on the front wall (3), of the two lateral faces are folded over the external face of the other flaps (7,8) and are sealed to the flaps (8), which face towards them, on part of their surface, the limit lines (10,11) of the tear-off strip (12h which are located in the front wall, extending from the ends of the articulation line of these outer flaps (14) on the front wall (3).

2. Folding box according to claim 1, characterized in that in one of the front flaps (8), which faces the flap (14) articulated on the front wall (3), there is provided a weakened section having a line of cutouts or perforations (9) and which is connected by a seal to the front flap (14).

3. Folding box according to claim 2, characterized in that the line of cuts or perforations (9) surrounding the weakened section has an approximately parabolic shape, the top of which is turned away from the front wall (3) .

Folding box according to any one of claims 1 to 3, characterized in that the two flaps (7,8) articulated on the bottom wall (4) and the cover wall (2) are folded one on the other without sealing, while the two flaps articulated on the front wall (3) and on the rear wall (5) are fixed by sealing on the outer face of the outer flap forming part of the other two flaps (14,17).

Folding box according to any one of re vendications 1 to 4, characterized in that the tear-off strip (12) narrows from the two front faces of the folding box in the direction of the center of the front wall (3) and is subdivided into two halves by cutouts (13) extending transversely to the longitudinal axis of the strip.

Folding box according to any one of claims 1 to 5, characterized in that on the flaps (14), articulated on the front wall, end walls are formed tabs (16) separated by a groove line (15) and which are not connected by sealing to the flap (8), located below, and serve to grip the flaps when removing the tear strip (12).

Folding box comprising a longitudinal joint assembly as well as flaps (30) arranged on the front faces and reciprocally overlapping at least partially, and a tear-off strip (27) which can be removed and disposed in the front wall and used to open the packaging, characterized in that the front wall consists of two reciprocally overlapping wall elements (23, 26) and the internal element of which is articulated on the bottom wall (24), while the element exterior is articulated on the wall forming a cover (22) and comprises the tear-off strip (24), the longitudinal joint joint being formed between the interior wall element (23) and the free end of the exterior wall element (26), and that two front flaps, articulated on reciprocally contiguous walls of the box, are interconnected by sealing.

Folding box according to claim 7, characterized in that the flap (30), which is articulated on the rear wall (25), is connected by means of a sealed connection to the flap (29,41) articulated on the wall forming a cover, while the flap (42), which is articulated on the bottom wall (24), is fixed by sealing to the flap (31) formed on the inner element (23) of the front wall.

Folding box according to any one of claims 7 and 8, characterized in that the flap (28), which is articulated on the bottom wall (24), constitutes the innermost layer and that the flap (31) , which is articulated on the front wall (23), constitutes the outermost layer and that the flap (29), which is articulated on the wall forming a cover (22), is inserted by folding between these two layers.

Folding box according to any one of claims 7 and 8, characterized in that the flap (41), which is articulated on the wall forming a cover (22), constitutes the innermost layer and that the flap (30) , which is articulated on the rear wall (25), constitutes the outermost layer, in which case the flap (42) articulated on the bottom wall (24) is inserted by folding between these two layers.

11. Folding box according to claim 10, characterized in that the flap (43), which is articulated on the wall forming the bottom (24), has a cutout (43) in the region of the seal between the flaps articulated on the wall forming cover and on the back wall.

12. Folding box according to any one of claims 10 and 11, characterized in that the flap (30), which is articulated on the rear wall (25) and which constitutes the outermost layer, is bevelled at its bottom edge.

13. Folding box according to claim 9, characterized in that the flap (31), which is articulated on the front wall (23) and which constitutes the outer layer, is bevelled on its upper edge.
