The subject of the invention is a plastic tube for the packaging of pasty or similar products and its manufacturing process.
Dans de nombreux domaines, il est courant de conditionner les produits en pâte ou en crème dans des tubes en matière thermoplastique. I1 en est ainsi par exemple pour les produits de beauté, les crèmes solaires... In many fields, it is common to package dough or cream products in tubes made of thermoplastic material. Ces tubes sont composés de deux éléments : un corps cylindrique constitué en matière plastique extrudée et un embout qui, constitué en matière plastique injectée, comporte un col fileté et une embase annulaire fixée par soudure sur l'une des extrémités du corps. A ce tube est associé un bouchon fileté coopérant avec le col précité. Quant au remplissage du tube, il se fait au travers de son extrémité ouverte , et après son remplissage le tube est fermé par pincement et soudure sur elle-même de cette extrémité. Il s'agit de l'impression des divers signes distinctifs et des indications qui doivent apparaître sur le tube, impression qui ne peut être réalisée que sur les zones du tube dans lesquelles n'apparaissent pas deux fines nervures correspondant au plan de joint des deux éléments du moule ayant servi à la fabrication du tube.
