Abstract

The process of fabricating a container in plastic material useful in a field of cosmetics and food, comprises making a first preform by injection, and conferring part of final form of the container to be manufactured on the preform by blow-drawing, which induces the production of extension of a thick zone inherent to a migration of part of the material constituting the preform. The preform is fitted with an extension stretching according to a direction perpendicular to its main dimension and its vicinity of its upper zone intended to serve as neck (4). The process of fabricating a container in plastic material useful in a field of cosmetics and food, comprises making a first preform by injection, and conferring part of final form of the container to be manufactured on the preform by blow-drawing, which induces the production of extension of a thick zone inherent to a migration of part of the material constituting the preform. The preform is fitted with an extension stretching according to a direction perpendicular to its main dimension and its vicinity of its upper zone intended to serve as neck (4) so that at the stage of blow-drawing, the manufacturing of increased thick zones intervene in upper and lower zones of the container. A constitutive material of the preform is a rigid thermoplastic. The preform comprises extension at its upper zone so that during blow-drawing operation, the extra thickness inherent to the migration of the constitutive material intervenes only at the upper zone to have a certain rigidity. The other end of the preform is devoid of extension. The material chosen for the preform has a flexibility for allowing its cutting and its narrowing after blow-drawing. The lower end of the preform thus narrowed is welded to obtain a proper tube, where the welding is carried out before or after filling the tube. A flexible thermoplastic material is constitutive of the preform.
