VOLUME REFLECTORS SYSTEMES.
La présente invention concerne un procédé de formage de tôles par fluotournage. Elle trouve son application notamment pour la fabrication de réflecteurs volumiques de série. Les réflecteurs volumiques, comme les antennes de forme parabolique, sont fabriquées dans une tôle mince. Dans le cas des antennes de réception d'émissions par satellites, on doit sauvegarder à la fois une grande précision dans la construction mécanique et un faible coût. De telles antennes sont utilisées notamment par des particuliers pour recevoir des émissions de télévision par satellite géostationnaire. L'antenne doit, chez le particulier, être orientée une fois pour toutes. La liaison de l'antenne à son support orientable est faite par l'intermédiaire d'un raidisseur qui est décrit dans la demande de brevet n0 2 501 421 déposée le 6 mars 1981 au nom de la demanderesse. On y a décrit en particulier un procédé de fabrication du raidisseur par fluoprojection ou fluotournage.Un tel procédé présente les avantages d'être rapide et peu coûteuse et de réaliser la forme de pièce désirée avec une grande précision. Mais il faut, après le formage par fluotournage, réaliser une protection de la pièce formée par exemple avec une enduction thermoplastique ou encore avec une peinture étanche isolant la tôle métallique des agents atmosphériques. Ce peut être aussi une simple couche de pré laquage. Volume reflectors, like parabolic antennas, are made of thin sheet metal. - le diamètre de la molette,
- la vitesse de rotation relative de la molette et du mandrin,
le refroidissement de la tôle au point de fluotournage,
