Description
L'invention a pour but de réduire sensiblement les pertes à la cheminée des chaudières de chauffage central. The invention aims to significantly reduce the losses to the chimney of central heating boilers.
Elle s'applique particulièrement aux chaudières à combustibles liquides ou gazeux avec brûleur pulsé mais peut être adaptée aussi aux chaudières à combustibles solides. Les pertes à la cheminée sont dues, avec les brûleurs modernes actuellement sur le marché, à la chaleur sensible des fumées. Pour les réduire on peut agir sur deux facteurs
- soit réduire le volume des fumées ; les brt- leurs bien réglés permettent d'obtenir des volumes de fumée réduits au minimum compatible avec une combustion complète et exempte de pollution

D'autre part, la réduction des températures de fumée ne peut être poussée trop loin, pour éviter le risque de condensations acides dans les conduits de fumé. L'économiseur ne peut donc entrer en service que lorsque la température des fumées est suffisamment élevée pour empêcher la condensation dans les fumées.
