Abstract

The equipment accommodates and dispenses compact items such as discs, coins, pills etc. It comprises one movable rack and one fixed one, together with a movable part which can lock into engagement with the movable rack when the latter moves in one direction, and with the fixed one when the movable one performs the return stroke. It can have a cylindrical or polyhedral body containing two each movable and fixed racks, and an actuating pushbutton or cap with return spring. A loading head has portions which can engage between rack teeth or retract on rack movement, while a support is provided for the charge. A cover is actuated by a link connected to the movable rack and the body.
