IL COMPREND UN CYLINDRE OU CONE DE PVC 1, UNE FENTE SUR LA LONGUEUR 2, UNE COUCHE DE MOUSSE FORMEE A L'INTERIEUR 4, UNE COUCHE DE MOUSSE A L'EXTERIEUR 3. Description

La présente invention concerne les matériels du type protection du corps par système auto-fixable permettant de pro téger efficacement une ou des parties du corps.
Dans les matériels connus de ce genre, les protections des avants bras et tibias nécessitent une fixation par sangle, tissu élastique, tissu velcro, ou attaches par cordon. De tels dispositifs sont d'un emploi malaisé et manque de robus tresse. En effet, pendant les manipulations qui nécessitent des efforts, les attaches souvent légères se déchirent et perdent leur fonction. En outre, les conceptions actuelles de la protection sportive ne permettent pas une protection sur l'ensemble de la protection.
La protection selon le système auto-fixable permet une utilisation très aisée, sans aucune attache gràce à son auto-fixable et une protection totale de la partie à protéger, grâce à l'armature de PVC et à son habillage de polyéthylène qui permet une absorbtion des chocs les plus violents et un automoulage des formes à protéger.
Le système auto-fixable est réalisé gràce au propriété du plastique (PVC) à haute densité formé préalablement en un cylindre conique'ou d'régal diamètre, ouvert sur sa longueur, qui en cas d'écartement permet un resserrement provoqué par la résistance du PVC. Sa mise en place sur les membres inférieurs par exemple se fait par un léger écartement de la fente où le tibias vient glisser et s'emboiter à l'intérieur, le resserrement étant calculé suffisamment pour fixer le cylindre sans danger qu'il ne s'échappe du pied.
La protection proprement dite est réalisée gràce à une couche de polyéthylène de moyenne densité fixée sur toute la surface extérieure de l'armature pour réduire l'impact sur le
PVC et une couché plus épaisse de polyéthylène de densité moyenne sur toute la surface intérieure de l'armature pour répartir le choc sur l'ensemble de la protection et de ce fait être complètement absorbé avant de faire effet sur la partie protégée. Le choc est parfaitement accusé et irradié par l'armature rigide de PVC qui est ensuite amorti par la mousse in térieure. Cette mousse sera forme pour empêcher un glissement rotatif ou vertical trop important de la protection au moment du choc grâce également à son auto-moulage.
Telle qu'elle est présentée, la protection est composée d'une armature PVC cylindrique ou conique, (I), d'une fente sur sa longueur,(2), d'une couche de polyéthylène fixée à ltextérieur,(38, d'une autre couche de polyéthylène formée à l'intérieur,(4). Les deux mousses de densité moyenne.
Ce système de protection par auto-fixation et absorbtion des chocs peut être utilisé pour toutes protections sportives dune manipulation très aisée et rapide et d'une protection de grande efficacité. I1 peut être utilisé dans la protection des membres supérieurs, ou tibias, jambes, dans la pratique du karate ou tous sports de combat, ainsi que le foot ball, le rugby et tous sports nécessitant une protection du corps.
Cette protection peut également avoir une application dans le domaine de la protection industrielle, soit du travailleur, soit d'un élément à protéger.

Claims (4)

  1. REVENDICATIONS
    I. Protection avant-bras et tibias constituée d'une armature cylindrique (I) en -PVC de haute densité, ouvert sur sa longueur (2) permettant un écartement pour le fixer, habillé de mousse de polyéthylène sur ses deux faces.
  2. 2. Protection selon ia revendication I, caractérisée par son auto-fixation sur un membre ou tout autre partie du corps provoquée par ltécartement de l'ouverture de l'armature cylindrique.
  3. 3. Protection selon la revendication I, caractérisée par son double habillage en mousse de polyéthylène:
    (3) extérieur pour réduire l'impact du choc sur l'armature
    (4) intérieur pour absorber complètement le choc réparti par l'armature sur sa surface totale.
  4. 4. Protection selon la revendication I, caractérisée par son auto-moulage de la partie à protéger grâce à la densité moyenne de la couche de polyéthylène qui enrobera la partie a protéger.
