LE PRODUIT PEUT ETRE AROMATISE ET COLORE COMME ON LE DESIRE ET DONNE UNE EMULSION LIQUIDE, STABLE A ENVIRON 4C AVEC UNE FAIBLE TENEUR EN CALORIES.THE INVENTION CONCERNS A LIQUID SPREAD PRODUCT WITH LOW FAT CONTENT AND ITS PREPARATION PROCESS. THE PRODUCT CONSISTS OF AN OIL-IN-WATER EMULSION CONTAINING LESS THAN 30 OF A DISPERSE FAT, A CONTINUOUS AQUEOUS PHASE CONTAINING AN EMULSION STABILIZER, AND AN EMULSIFIING SYSTEM INCLUDING A LIPOPHILIC EMULSIFIER AND A HYDROPHILIC EMULSIFIER. THE PRODUCT CAN BE FLAVORED AND COLOR AS DESIRED AND GIVES A LIQUID EMULSION, STABLE AT APPROXIMATELY 4C WITH LOW CALORIE CONTENT.
