Abstract
The circuit is to air condition a vehicle with a turbocharged engine (1), the turbocompressor (3) being exhaust gas driven. The air supply is in excess of that needed by the engine and taken from the charge cooler (7). It is led to a cooler to reach the temp. required in the vehicle. The air is used in a heat pump or heat exchanger and the cooler is a turbine (11) which drives accessories. The charge cooler is joined to the entry of a turbocompressor, the shaft of which is connected to the other turbine.
