Abstract

The packing box is made from a single sheet of material which is folded. The box has a base (2) with two adjacent sides (6). The end pieces are integral with the sides. The end pieces are reinforced by folding over one panel (12a) inwards over the other panel (23). Each end has a pair of square boxes(22) to fit over the grooves (18) in the base. Hand holes (27) are located in the end panels. A longitudinal panel (21) has slots engaging the square bosses to co-operate with the grooves and bosses (19) to retain the box.
