Abstract

The box is made from two sheets of material, cut, crimped and folded in such a way as to form two equal compartments with double thickness walls and partition. The compartments are joined together along one side and there are two lugs at each end of the box (57). The lugs may be used to located another box above or below it, in conjunction with the slots (48) and so form a stable stack, or to located the lid. The lid also has a locating lug on each of two sides (22) by which it may be secured to the box. The box blanks may be delivered flat.
