Abstract

Procédé de raccordement de deux tubes 15, 16 par emboutissage et joint correspondant. Un poinçon, enfoncé dans une extrémité d'un des tubes, l'élargit de façon à en faire un tronçon femelle 29 constitué d'une partie profonde se raccordant au corps 27 du tube 15, par un premier épaulement et d'une partie extrême plus large 29 se raccordant à la précédente par un second épaulement Une extrémité du second tube 16 est alors enfoncée dans le tronçon femelle précité où l'arrête le premier épaulement et où elle forme un bourrelet périphérique 54 en contact étanche avec le second épaulement. Application aux raccords de tuyauterie.
