Abstract

L'invention concerne un procédé pour la production d'une y-globuline S-sulfonée purifiée. Selon l'invention, on traite une y-globuline S-sulfonée avec un échangeur d'ions dans une solution tampon pour le développement de manière à absorber la y-globuline S-sulfonée monomère sur l'échangeur d'ions, et on élue ensuite la y-globuline S-sulfonée monomere avec une. solution tampon pour l'élution. Application : le produit obtenu contient peu de polymères et présente une activité anticomplémentaire très réduite, ce qui permet l'injection intraveineuse.
