Abstract

Ce capteur 10 comprend une membrane circulaire mince 12 et un support périphérique plus épais 14. Des résistances intégrées 18a, 18b, 18c et 18d constituant des éléments sensibles à la pression sont formées au centre de la membrane 12. Un élément 22 de détection de la rupture de la membrane, formé par des techniques de diffusion, est disposé en quinconce de part et d'autre de la ligne circulaire 26 séparant la membrane 12 de son support 14. Applications notamment à la mesure de la pression de l'air d'admission ou des gaz d'échappement d'un moteur.
