Abstract

The protective casing is for a flexible container of wine and is made from a cardboard blank. The front face comprises two pairs of flaps - one of these pairs being folded inwards around the neck of the container. One of the flaps (26) has a slot receiving an extended part of its opposite flap. The outer flaps interlock to form a reinforcing piece over the indentations formed by the bending of the first pair.
