Abstract

L'invention a pour objet un procédé et une machine de désagrégation mécanique d'une matière végétale verte. Elle est caractérisée en ce qu'il est prévu sur la surface de broyage de la garniture de broyage 11 placée dans la chambre précitée 4 des canaux directeurs 12 partant de la médiatrice verticale et orientés parallèlement des deux côtés en direction des bords de la garniture de broyage, et en ce qu'il est prévu entre la surface de broyage de la garniture de broyage pourvue des canaux directeurs et les surfaces frontales, des rangées de broyage 10 constituées par les marteaux de broyage 8 montés de façon librement pivotante ou oscillante sur le rotor 6, 7, 8 en étant maintenus espacés les uns des autres par des bagues, un intervalle de broyage 14 de type connu dont la largeur diminue, dans le sens de rotation du rotor, depuis l'entonnoir d'alimentation 2 jusqu'à l'entonnoir de décharge 3. Elle se rapporte au domaine du fourrage pour animaux.
