Abstract

L'invention concerne la reproduction d'une image radiographique par un procédé et un appareil dans lequel on balaye un radiogramme original 1, on relève 4 l'information d'image enregistrée sur le radiogramme, on la transforme en un signal électrique et on reproduit une image sur un matériau enregistreur 13 au moyen d'un signal électrique. Selon l'invention, le procédé comporte une étape dans laquelle on effectue une opération représentée par une formule D' = Dorg + beta (Dorg - Dus) où Dorg est la densité d'image originale lue à partir du radiogramme original, beta est coefficient d'amplification, et Dus est une densité de masque de flou correspondant à une fréquence spatiale ultra-basse à chaque point de balayage. De cette manière, om amplifie le composant de fréquence au-dessus de la fréquence spatiale ultra-basse, ce qui améliore l'image.
