L'ELECTRODE MOBILE (EV) SE DEPLACE SUIVANT UNE DIRECTION (X-X) INCLINEE PAR RAPPORT AUX ELECTRODES FIXES (EF1, EF2) EN DEMEURANT PARALLELE A CELLES-CI, DE SORTE QUE LES CAPACITES DES CONDENSATEURS SUBISSENT L'UNE UNE HAUSSE ET L'AUTRE UNE BAISSE.
