Abstract
The solar heat collector is for fixed or mobile glazed panels and can also be used as double-glazing on existing window-frames. It uses either air or a heat-transfer liquid, and has variable inclination shutters to absorb the infra-red rays. The shutters can be arranged to pivot on tubes through which the air or liquid flows, having one absorbant and one reflective surface. A cell sensitive to infra-red rays on the absorbent face indicates the setting for optimum absorption.
