L'IMAGE FORMEE PAR DES RADIATIONS SUR UN LUMINOPHORE EST LUE PAR EXCITATION DE CE LUMINOPHORE A L'AIDE DE RAYONS SE SITUANT DANS LA LUMIERE VISIBLE OU L'INFRAROUGE. AINSI EXCITE, LE LUMINOPHORE ACTIVABLE EMET DE LA LUMIERE PORTEUSE D'INFORMATIONS D'IMAGE QUI EST RECUE PAR UN PHOTODETECTEUR.
