Abstract

The hot and cold water thermostatic mixer tap has inlets for cold and hot water and a thermostatic valve controlling the relative flows to the mixing chamber. There are two or more outlets for mixed water, controlled by individual valves. A single operating member selects the outlet and controls the flow through that outlet. The member may comprise a handle on a rotatable disc or cylinder provided with two or more groups of external teeth capable of meshing with corresponding teeth on discs operating the two or more individual valves.
