Abstract

La présente invention se rapporte à un disjoncteur thermique et à un procédé de montage d'une série de tels disjoncteurs. Ce disjoncteur comprend un corps creux en un matériau non conducteur de l'électricité, comportant une ouverture qui permet d'avoir accès à sa partie intérieure, deux contacts qui font saillie dans ce corps par ladite ouverture et dont les extrémités intérieures sont logées dans ce corps et maintenues en prise l'une avec l'autre à l'aide d'un élément réalisé en un matériau tel que, pour une température donnée, il se déforme ou s'écrase pour permettre l'ouverture des contacts, et un bouchon en un matériau isolant installé dans cette ouverture pratiquée dans le corps entre lesdits contacts, de manière à boucher ladite ouverture et à déformer ces contacts de façon qu'ils se trouvent dans des conditions telles qu'ils soient sollicités à s'éloigner l'un de l'autre.
