Abstract

L'invention concerne un procédé de préparation d'un prépolymère de type maléimide thermodurcissable. Ce procédé comprend le chauffage de : A. Un composé maléimide polyfonctionnel dérivé d'une polyamine préparée à partir de l'aniline et de la formaldéhyde; B. Un bis-maléimide; et C. Une diamine. Ce prépolymère est excellent en solubilité dans des solvants à faible point d'ébullition tels que l'acétone, la méthyléthylcétone et le méthylcellosolve, qui sont disponibles à un faible coût. Ce prépolymère est avantageusement employé spécialement pour production de plaques ou panneaux laminés ayant des propriétés excellentes de résistance à la chaleur.
