Abstract

L'invention concerne un procédé perfectionné pour préparer des agents de conditionnement au phosphate contenant du titane. Le procédé comprend les étapes selon lesquelles : a) on prépare un mélange constitué essentiellement d'eau, de tripolyphosphate de sodium, de phosphate disodique et d'un composé contenant du titane et b) on ajoute ce mélange à du phosphate disodique solide en mélangeant de manière à obtenir une composition solide de phosphate de titane. Ces agents de conditionnement sont utiles pour nettoyer et activer les surfaces de métaux ferreux, de zinc ou d'aluminium et de leurs alliages pour réaction ultérieure avec des solutions de phosphatation.
