Abstract
Cette composition contient (a) environ 3 à 10 % en poids d'un composé détergent non ionique tensio-actif, (b) environ 3 à 15 % en poids d'un composé détergent amphotère tensio-actif, (c) environ 5 à 25 % en poids d'un sel adjuvant de détergence hydrosoluble du type non phosphaté, (d) une quantité efficace d'une enzyme ou d'un mélange d'enzymes choisies entre les protéases et alpha-amylases alcalines, (e) environ 3 à 15 % en poids d'un système stabilisant les enzymes consistant essentiellement en (i) de la glycérine et (ii) un composé de bore choisi entre l'acide borique, l'oxyde borique et les borates de métaux alcalins capable de réagir avec la glycérine; et (f) environ 30 à 85 % en poids d'eau.
