Abstract

Dispositif hydraulique de fermeture de moule pour machines de moulage par injection. Ce dispositif comporte au moins un piston de fermeture qui se déplace dans un boîtier cylindrique et à l'arrière duquel pénètre un piston d'entraînement, un multiplicateur de pression dont le côté haute pression est en liaison avec le compartiment situé derrière le piston de fermeture, et un canal qui raccorde ledit compartiment avec un réservoir d'huile à réaspiration; ce canal est réalisé sous la forme d'un cylindre à haute pression pour le multiplicateur de pression dont le piston à haute pression pénètre dans ledit cylindre pour établir la pression de fermeture. Application, notamment, aux machines de moulage par injection pour la transformation de matières plastiques.
