Abstract

Un procédé de mixage et un appareil mince circulaire de mixage pour recevoir de sources distinctes de la poudre sèche calcinée de gypse et les ingrédients liquides du plâtre, les liquides étant introduits dans une partie annulaire centrale 48 et expulsés par centrifugation, les ingrédients secs étant introduits dans une partie annulaire 58 située à l'extérieur de ladite partie centrale. Dans une première phase, par centrifugation les liquides sont propulsés en continu vers l'extérieur selon un chemin spiralé puis il en est de même du mélange solides-liquides dans une deuxième zone concentrique, enfin le mélange est extrait à la périphérie du mélangeur après être passé à travers des dents en rotation 88 qui s'étendent radialement vers l'extérieur. Utilisation : réalisation de panneaux de plâtre.
