Abstract

L'invention concerne les appareils de détection de radiations. Elle se rapporte à un appareil qui comprend un détecteur à semi-conducteur qui crée une charge électrique sous l'action de radiations incidentes, un dispositif de traitement de signaux couplé au détecteur en courant alternatif et destiné à créer un signal électrique représentant avec précision les radiations incidentes et un filtre incorporé au dispositif de traitement et ne permettant la contribution au signal de sortie que des composantes ayant une fréquence comprise dans une gamme predéterminée qui dépend de la durée des impulsions, le signal de sortie étant ainsi dépourvu de distorsion due aux mauvaises caractéristiques électriques du détecteur. Application aux appareils de balayage tomographique.
